I will be leaving two reviews based on my experience here at this location. Iâve also escalated to corporate and CCd all senior VPs regarding the negative experience. I truly believe Elizabeth should not be in customer service or sales. I have chosen to give the benefit of the doubt on three separate occasions (which just shows how often I shop at pandora) and each experience was worse than the first. The amount of respect received from this person is not there. She is rude and the attitude and will to assist is not there. The first experience, I went to exchange my bracelet due to size; however my mother in law wanted to purchase mine. Rather than even giving the option she turned as soon as it was off my wrist and gave it to another sales person who was looking for the size to sale to their customer. Mine happened to be the one needed and none were in stock. I was truly upset because I had already told her the plan and she blatantly laughed in my face and said oh sorry.
Second time, I took my mother in law and it was about 20 minutes to closing. We were looking for over 4 charms and 3 bracelets, she was rude and was rolling her eyes in annoyance that we kept asking to change the trays to see other items. My mother in law does not understand English well and was focused on the charms, so was a bit oblivious to the situation. Had she known she probably would not have wanted to continue the purchase and I knew she wanted those charms and bracelets so I left it alone.
I went back another day during one of my purchases. She was not there thankfully. I advised the manager of the situation and she advised me to file a complaint.
This past weekend we went back and bought weâre gonna buy another bracelet. Instead we asked about the sale online for multiple items to make the dollar mark for the free bracelet. She said yes that was available in store too so we got multiple items. She rang us up and applied my military discount, knowing we were trying to get the free bracelet. After ringing us up and taking my payment, we checked the boxes and the free bracelet was not there. She tried to play it off as if we wouldnât check the bag and thankfully we did. She then proceeded to say that it could not be applied with the military discount. She never mentioned this to us that it could not be included, she proceeded to take our money and never once mentioned it gave the option KNOWING we added items to get the bracelet. After a heated dispute, the manager intervened and honored the request.
This person needs to be evaluated because this was not a one time occurrence. I do plan to file a BBB complaint along with follow up with the chains above...
Read moreSeems something terribly wrong with their system. I ordered a bracelet charm for Mother's day online, and received a ring. Called up customer care and they said I will have to walk into a store (after almost 1 hour of interaction). To top it, they said I cannot return the ring in the store and use the same $$ to get the charm, and I will have to pay for the charm in the store. To get my $$ back I will have to return the ring (return shipment was provided, Thank God!). Bought the charm from the store and paid for it. Dropped off the ring at my closest UPS office, and still waiting to get the refund (its been almost 2 weeks since I dropped the shipment). I think will have to call back the customer service. I dread it since the personnel on the phone have to be explained the same thing umpteen number of times. Not sure if they understand it and just show that they have not, and want to get the customer frustrated or they genuinely don't understand. Either way I think their ordering system and the customer care specially needs a...
Read moreI went in with my partner to get a charm cleaned up that was bought years ago. We were greeted by the staff, and approached by, I can only assume, the manager. We gave the charm to her asking for it to be cleaned since it was a pandora piece and cleanings are free. The manager inspected the charm and said it was not one of theirs rudely. I asked what she meant as I know it had been bought IN STORE. She said it doesnât say pandora or have the o with the crown which meant it was not one of theirs. Confused, we walked out of the store, and I inspected the charm myself as I started to have doubts. The charm has visible 2 engravings in it. One saying: ALE, and the other saying S925. Which SHOULD prove it is a pandora charm. It might be a discontinued/retired charm as I know it was bought over 6 years ago. My issue is the lack of friendliness of the manager and inaccuracy of detecting a fake charm to...
