If I could put zero stars, I would. I came here on August 2nd to get my nails done, my husband wanted to treat me to a relaxing experience for my 21st birthday. I was told to pick a color for my nails and toenails and didn't even get the chance to look because someone was ready for me. I told her I wanted a nude with chrome over the top, essentially just the same color as my toenails already without polish and showed her a picture. She had no idea what I was talking about and she just picked a random pink shade that I ended up hating but felt forced to say yes to. I wanted the basic pedicure, nothing fancy or expensive, I told her and she just kept asking me over and over again if I wanted the more expensive ones and kept pushing for me to do it so I did one of them. Everyone around me was offered drinks/water and nobody asked me anything, when I finally did ask for a water I was told "they didn't have any" as I was actively watching people drink water including the girl next to me? The woman who did my toenails was nice but after I got done and actually looked at them, I realized she did a terrible job. My toenails were not even painted all the way to the edges and were missing paint in spots, the chrome she had used over the top was uneven on every single toe and she had missed large sections, including one toe had literally only half chrome on it... and that was for a 80$ pedicure... Ive never seen my toenails look worse and have been getting them done for around 6 years. Now for the worst part... after this I was seated with a nail tech for a full set of acrylics. She was super upset huffing and puffing looking for her stuff, she was talking badly obviously about someone to both the techs next to her and did not acknowledge me once after 5 minutes of me sitting in her chair. She asked me what I wanted and I showed her a picture, she didn't even look at the picture and essentially told me to put it away and just started on my nails. She was super rough the entire time, she cut me multiple times, my nails were uneven, she wasn't paying attention whatsoever to anything she was doing and was more focused on people coming in the door than getting my nails right. She asked about shape after already cutting them to almond and then never once asked me about length so I guess she just picked for me??? Once she started putting the acrylic on I was noticing she was being extremely sloppy, using more acrylic on each nail than I've ever seen a nail tech do in my entire life, she wasn't smoothing it out with the brush or making sure it was even, she also wasn't even going to the edges of my nail or my nail beds!!! They looked absolutely terrible! I already knew it was going to be a super expensive manicure because of how expensive everything else is there and so after she was done and had started going to file them I spoke up and asked if she could possibly thin them out and make them even, she proceeded to get super upset at me and told me no, and that my nails would break if she did, and that she was "going to shape them after". I proceeded to just say yeah I know you're going to shape them but they are extremely thick and bumpy so I was asking about filing the top, not the shape. She ignored me and continued on, now doing my nails super rough, showing my hands around when she was done with them, was talking badly about me to the nail tech next to her clearly, kept angrily muttering under her breath. I just wanted to leave and regretted my decision coming there immediately. It gets even worse though! she asks me for the design picture again and tells me to go wash my hands, I have no idea where the bathroom is so I just go searching for it, she takes my phone from me and just gets up and walks away. When I came back from the bathroom, she still had my phone and was walking around with it from each nail tech to each nail tech and pointing at what I wanted, zooming in, laughing at it and I proceeded to go sit back down. I kid you not she literally took 10 minutes from the point I sat down to when she came back....

I visited the salon on February 22nd for a walk-in appointment to get my eyebrows waxed. I’ve been to this salon multiple times before for the same service, and while the experience has never been exceptional, it usually gets the job done. However, this visit was by far the worst I’ve had.
Upon checking in for my appointment, I was quickly ushered to the back and told to wait. Within about three minutes, Mary Le entered and, in a rather snappy tone, told me to lie down in the chair to start the service. At first, I didn’t think much of her tone, as I recognized the salon was busy, and it seemed she may have been rushing from another client to attend to me.
Once I was settled in the chair, she immediately began the process by roughly wiping my brows with what appeared to be an alcohol wipe. The wipe was drenched in liquid, and the excess product seeped into my eyes, causing them to sting. At this point, she asked if I had ever gotten my brows done before, to which I answered yes. She then responded, “It doesn’t look like it,” which felt both unnecessary and insulting, as I’ve regularly had my brows done for years. I found this comment particularly rude and unprofessional.
Without asking me what kind of eyebrow shape or wax I wanted, she immediately began the waxing process. During which, she managed to drip wax on my hair and my eyelashes, and repeatedly poked my eyes while they were closed. This was not only uncomfortable, but I could also feel the wax sticking to my eyelashes for hours after the appointment. I winced several times from her roughness and instead of acknowledging it, she just laughed every time I reacted. This lack of empathy and professionalism made me feel extremely uncomfortable throughout the service.
As the wax was nearing completion, Mary Le finally asked if I was okay or if I was in pain. By this point, I had endured so much discomfort that I didn’t have the energy to respond, especially when my physical reactions should have been enough to signal that I was not comfortable.
When she sat me up to show me the results, I was shocked. My eyebrows were visibly thinner than before, with one eyebrow missing its tail entirely. The shape was uneven and poorly done, leaving me extremely disappointed. At that point, I knew complaining would be pointless, as there was no way to reverse the damage that had already been done. I simply wanted the appointment to end as quickly as possible.
When we walked to the front to complete payment, I had my card ready to pay. Without providing any details about the total cost, she immediately took my card and processed the payment( While I was aware of the general price, I believe it’s basic courtesy to inform the customer of the total before charging them) Additionally, after completing the transaction, she mentioned I could tip either in cash or through Venmo. She then awkwardly asked me which option I preferred while still holding my card behind the counter, despite having already signed the receipt. I felt incredibly uncomfortable and pressured to leave a tip for a service I wasn’t happy with.
I told her I would use Venmo for the tip, but instead of handing me my card, she simply handed me the iPad with her Venmo and waited while I scanned the code. After repeatedly glancing between my phone screen and my card, I finally asked for my card back. She seemed hesitant but eventually returned it. Throughout this process, I felt like I was being treated in a very transactional and impersonal way, which left me feeling disrespected.
I don’t know if this is how she treats all customers, or if it’s because I look younger, but this experience was unlike any other I’ve had. I’ve been to many salons in the past, and I’ve never left feeling this dissatisfied or uncomfortable. The worst part is that there is no way to fix the fact that my brows are now uneven and poorly shaped. As much as I’ve given this salon a chance in the past, I will not be returning after...
Read moreI have never wrote a review in my life but have never had someone be so rude and blatantly disrespectful to me. My husband and I have been here a handful of times and have never had any problems until today. I recently got a gel x set by Annie and had 2 nails pop off within 3 days of getting them done without having any strain on them. However, my husband and I made an appointment for us to get pedicures and my nails repaired only 5 days since I got them done. Returning for the pedicure I had Annie again and my husband had Linda. To start, Linda was rude and not welcoming and in fact gave me a dirty look when I smiled at her (whatever no big deal) but eventually while I was getting my toes painted she started to watch and make a nasty face and continued to do so throughout the appointment. Also my husband told Linda he wanted the signature pedicure ($45) twice and she did a $76 pedicure on him which we didn’t realize till checkout. Annie and Linda were talking to eachother the WHOLE time and not even checking up on us. Annie then said to me “why are your legs like that?” In a very rude tone, and I was confused as to what she meant and realized that the message chair was on so I went to say it was the chair and she turned it off. Later she then asks again rudely and said “they aren’t straight why are they like that?”. At this point I was so confused until she said to straighten them and I realized she was being rude because my knees were bent. She then went on to say “are you embarrassed because he’s here or what?” and I told her no that’s my husband. She then told me I need to relax and that I’m not relaxed which was true because she cut all the sides of my nails far down causing pain that is still lasting 4 hours later. I wish she would’ve told me she wanted my legs straight for the pedicure instead of being rude about it. However, I did find this odd as I’ve never had anyone have my legs like that with a pedicure especially because everyone around including my husband had their legs bent. I was uncomfortable the whole time and felt picked on by these two for no reason. Throughout the appointment i stayed silent and didn't voice my concerns although now i wish i would have. It was overall a terrible experience and we will not...
