I come to this Starbucks 3-4 a week because itās next door to my work. Iāve always had nothing but great experiences at Starbucks nationwide - Iāve always received great customer service and for the most part always satisfied with my orders. That is until coming to this location. The customer service is far more poor then any other Starbucks location Iāve been to but even more disappointing is the quality of their drinks and food. I started to keep track of all the times they have messed up my order. I order the same thing every single day never does it change and 11 times in a row they have given me the wrong drink or made my very basic drink incorrectly. 11 times in a row Iāve had to sit and wait for them to re-make my drink because they didnāt do it correctly to begin with. Then the staff gets mad at the customer for their mess-ups giving me attitude because they have to remake it. Last month there was a total of 16 times that they gave me the wrong drink - 16 times just in January. I hate going to this location and will leave work to travel to the next closest Starbucks versus having to waist my time waiting on my drink to be remade while the employee gives me attitude for wanting the actual drink I ordered and paid for versus whatever drink they wanted to give...

I'm a senior who also is a full time caregiver to my adult son who is intellectually disabled. As he ages his anxiety in public places has worsened making it difficult for me to spend to much time shopping. So I only shop for produce and easy to get to items and I'm able to do that because of the employees at Starbucks. He looks upon entering and if the employees see him they wave. This brief interaction relaxes him. He rushes through the store just so he can go to Starbucks no matter the temp outside to get his hot chocolate and see his " friends". He doesn't say much but to see his face during our visit says it all. Yesterday Sara called us family and he spoke about it all day. Then proceeded to tell me that all Starbucks is that are inside King Soopers or Safeway are cheaper than stand alone ones.
