Being from out of town, we were a bit nervous about choosing a flower shop we didn't know for a funeral. However, we are so incredibly thankful we went with Karla's Flower Shop! From start to finish, their customer service was exceptional, and the quality of the flowers was outstanding.

The owner was super understanding and incredibly communicative with us throughout the process. She called us to let us know exactly when she was going to deliver the arrangements. When the funeral home was temporarily closed, she immediately informed us and assured us she would still come back to deliver them as soon as they reopened. This level of dedication and communication truly put our minds at ease during a stressful time. The owner was so sweet and so kind. She paid attention to every detail.

And the arrangements themselves? Absolutely stunning! The flowers were fresh and beautifully put together, and we were so impressed with how large they were, especially considering the really good prices.

Karla's Flower Shop exceeded our expectations in every way. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend this flower shop! I ordered flowers from a different flower shop, and was so disgusted and disappointed. When sending flowers for any occasion, from sad to happy, you want a flower arrangement that will brighten up the room.

Everyone I spoke to was so kind! I received a text with a picture of the arrangement, and one confirming delivery. In this economy, you want your dollar to go far, and I believe the arrangement I purchased was worth every penny! They don't try to nickel and dime you either. The online photo of the arrangement I ordered, looked even better in person.

My experience with Karla's was impeccable. They helped me order, deliver, and surprise a friend all the way from NC. Really appreciate the great customer service and quick turnaround. Arrangement was beautiful.
