My Friend and I attended this place for breakfast today. Got there at around 9:05a.m. today 05/21/23. The Server was a bit short of stature and straight up not to Friendly. So, my Friend requested that Joanna attend him. Worst mistake EVER! The Lady Waitress went to talk to the "Head Waitress" or whatever and she came saying that they were short and whomever started talking to us had to attend to us. Again, it was that MEAN, Low-down Ugly Face Waitress that did not like us because she tried to attend us a few times and we would always ask for Joanna!
Well the worst thing could have happened! We waited over 40 minutes for a simple breakfast burrito and sandwich! My Friend noticed that even folks that get there later than we did were getting their food before us! I was like what? We were about to leave when we saw the food coming. The Lady server did not even bring us a spoon to use to retrieve the Chile sauce the burrito came with! Service was awful! To add to insult Joanna was also being rude and not really coming around. I know she was acting like this because of that Ugly, Rude head waitress! That Lady has hate in her and is a disgruntled employee! She is type of induvial who throws a rock at you and hides the rock behind her back! Shame on you Lady! I wish I knew her name so that the Owner can speak with her! She is rude, vicious and low down!
As for Joanna, it is so sad that you acted so rudely dodging us and ignoring us! I don't know what we did or said to you for you to act and treat us so shamefully. My Friend lives in the area. He mentioned to me that he has been thrown out of better restaurants in his lifetime (which I thought was very funny!) Joanna hope you don't ever let anyone influence you to treat folks in the manner you treated us today! If it was all your doing shame on you! We have always been nice and respectful towards you! We have left over 20% tip every single time! Today you got no love!! You did not deserve no tip for the poor-quality service!
Zero for this business! That head waitress in charge or whatever needs to go! Before they lose so much business!! This is how business close down! It only takes one...
Read moreHouse of Eggs Cafe is our new favorite breakfast spot, hands down!! Their food is EXCELLENT and the quality was so fresh that I am still reminiscing about our meal we had yesterday. I highly recommend getting their Orange Juice as it is freshly squeezed and such a treat compared to the store bought variety. The Eggs Florentine were cooked perfectly and the flavors worked harmoniously with their House-Made Salsa. It is on the spicy side which I like but just a warning for those not that into heat it’s definitely worth trying if you like spicy things. The Waffles were heavenly, just what you’d hope for and still warm after we ate our other plates first. My partner and I are vegetarian so we were able to get extra potatoes instead of meat. Their Home Potatoes and Hash Browns were so crispy and deliciously paired with their Salsa. It was pretty busy on Sunday Morning but our server was so friendly and cleared a recently open table for us while she was juggling her other tasks with ease. I can not say enough great things about this place and look forward to coming back again the first chance we get. I hope that anyone reading this has a chance to visit because it is definitely worth taking any drive you need to make it down to the House of Eggs Cafe if you’re looking for an amazing breakfast! Be well always and many blessings to...
