Scared of missing any school, I called around and this place was the only one friendly on the phone. They handled everything in a professional way. Even being nice to me; the crazy anxious demanding student. Once my laptop was clean and ready again, they gave me a brief, helpful tutorial on how to care for and maintain my laptop to avoid trouble in the future. My laptop now works bette than when I bought it! When I buy my next laptop, I’ll take it to them before getting it going so that I KNOW I’m protecting my investment. Took my nearly 2k laptop in for a misaligned fan, estimated a week to fix it.
