I made a call today and Lindsey answered. I asked if they had and walk in availability today and she asked me what I was looking to get done. I told her I had just gotten my haircut the day prior and I wasn’t happy with it. She informed me that she was in the middle of a color client but asked me to come in so she could look at my hair. I was in the area, so I stopped in and waited until she was done applying color on her client then she asked me to come over. She looked at my hair and asked me what it was I didn’t like. I showed her and she asked my many questions. With all the questions, she built my confidence in her ability and told her to do what she felt needed to be done. The experience was amazing. I am disabled and some days I am unable to go anywhere. When you have chronic pain disorders and Lupus not every day is a good one. I called to reschedule my appointment with a 23 hour notice and they said I had to pay 50% of the price of the appointment that I was rescheduling.
