I bought an ASUS laptop a year and a half ago for my mother to use. Hey he paperwork that came with it stated that the laptop had a new BATTERY!!! However, after getting it home, my mother stated to me that she constantly had to keep it plugged in if she wanted to continue to use it. After a couple months my mother then precedes to tell me that the laptop won’t even come on anymore, that something is wrong with it. I informed my mother that I would come pick it up and take it back to A+ Computers, where I paid over $200.00 for a used laptop. Keep in mind with me working two jobs and then this pandemic that broke out, I wasn’t able to get it back to them until this week 04/27/2020. I told the sales person everything that was wrong with the laptop and that the battery never did work, that it constantly had to be plugged in to be used. I even showed him the papers when I got it, where it stated that the laptop had a new battery. He stated he would let me know through text when to come pick it up. So, they text me today, stating (what I already knew) that the laptop will need a new battery, and that the cost will be $65. He also stated that my laptop was out of warranty. So, I go to pick it up and have to wait out in the parking lot for over 30 mins (after texting him twice that I was out in the parking lot, and for him to please bring the laptop out to me), and then had to actually call the store before he would bring the laptop out. He then opened up the container that the laptop was in and wanted me to reach for it. After getting the laptop he stated “thanks” as I was driving off. I get home to find that the laptop still does not work!!! So, be careful of what you are buying there! I will NOT be back to this store again! Plus, I will be sure to let as many people know my experience and what “A+ Computers”...

Bought my laptop & cell phone both from this place.. The laptop was supposed to have 2 batteries in it & it only had one, so I have to keep it plugged up all the time to use it, the cell phone works great 2 years later almost... The owner could be a little more friendly with customers in my personal opinion... Really the only thing I would like to recommend is, that they start selling more Samsung Galaxy's, (Android phones) rather then mostly IPHONES...I already know & understand cause not only me but servial other people the owner had also told the same thing too.. ""In Adair County, 85% of people have IPhone's & not Android's"" Is why he sells mostly IPhone's.... What a rip off place. I called to get a quote for a really good DELL laptop in perfect condition and all the want to offer is $25!!!!! That's a HUGE rip off. Refurbished ones sell for $250-700 by many different retailers. This laptop doesn't need any work. And is in perfect condition. It was my work laptop that was given routine maintenance by my companies IT dept. Do not use this place to sell anything. They will low ball you and make bank off what you sell them.
