Don't go here. The service was not good. It felt like an inconvenience to place an order. We pulled up and never said a word and after a good 15 seconds we got a "one moment" in a very frustrated tone. OK, no big deal, maybe they're slammed. They were not. There was no one else in the drive through and two cars in the lot. Then we got our food. I ordered two soft tacos and a bean burrito. I asked for extra red sauce on the burrito and received an audible drawn out sigh from the woman taking our order on drive through. On the way back to the hotel I ate the first taco. It was literally so undersized the preparer made it into a burrito roll. There is not that much more tortilla on a taco to do that, much less do it to the point it perfectly held its form and did not leak in the two small bites it took me to consume it. Taco number two: ditto. So we get in the room and I comment my burrito will be the same, as it was, more sauce than anything. As I chuckled, my wife opened her Mexican pizza; a barely recognizable facsimile of what a Taco bell pizza would be if you ordered it off Temu. Barely any sauce, tomatoes thrown at it like the person that made it thinks he's batman and the tomatoes are the joker and the fried tortilla is a brick wall, all the skimpy cheese a good inch and a half from the edge and flat as a pancake. Of course, this after we went to the KFC in this same town last night and were informed an hour before closing they had one PIECE of chicken to sell. A leg. At A KFC.... IN KENTUCKY. hmm same Corp, maybe same franchisee? I dunno. Either way, cross this Taco Bell off the list. Run for the border... maybe...
Read moreI recently had the misfortune of dining at Taco Bell, and I must express my profound disappointment with the experience. As a frequent patron of various dining establishments, I have come to expect a certain standard of service and quality, both of which were sorely lacking during my visit.
Firstly, the service was abysmally slow. Despite the restaurant not being particularly busy, I found myself waiting an inordinate amount of time to place my order. When I finally approached the counter, the staff seemed disinterested and inattentive. Their lack of professionalism was evident in their curt responses and general demeanor, which conveyed a sense of indifference towards customer satisfaction.
Moreover, the cleanliness of the establishment left much to be desired. The dining area was littered with debris, and several tables were left uncleared, creating an unwelcoming and unsanitary environment. The restroom facilities were equally disappointing, with a noticeable lack of maintenance and hygiene.
When it came to the food, the experience only worsened. The items I ordered were poorly prepared and lacked the freshness one would expect. The ingredients seemed stale, and the overall presentation was unappetizing. Additionally, the portions were smaller than anticipated, making the meal feel like poor value for money.
In conclusion, my visit to Taco Bell was a regrettable experience that fell short in multiple aspects, from service and cleanliness to food quality. I hope that the management takes these criticisms to heart and makes the necessary improvements to ensure a better experience for...
Read moreMost of the time I have to wait minutes and minutes in the drive thru. I've had consistently longer wait times here than I ever have at any other Taco Bell. The people are usually cross or in some kind of mood, and alot of the time (such as the last time I went) I watched my food sit and sit and sit, and I watched four people walk past it before someone finally grabbed it and handed it to me. Furthermore, once I finally have the food, it's very sloppily wrapped. My burritos are oftentimes spilling out because they've barely been thrown together and sometimes they barely have any filling at all. And the most disturbing was when I had almost finished eating a bean burrito when suddenly I could tell I was chewing on plastic. I called and the manager explained it was "most likely" a bit of plastic from when they open the product and then said, "It happens. At least it wasn't a hair." And then laughed as if finding nonfood items inside something I've almost finished consuming is any kind of laughing matter. The manager needs to be fired or seriously re-trained. I have worked fast food and this kind of consistency in poor service is unacceptable. I will not be back, and I highly discourage anyone from eating there. Do yourself a favor and go to Cookout instead. It's really not that much more expensive and they're friendlier and better service most...
