Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Columbia

My family and I were out car shopping in Glasgow and on the way back to Nancy, decided to get something to eat. The kids all wanted pizza and unfortunately, Pizza Hut was the only place along our route home. I had been here previously and had a bad experience, but my hope was that things had improved. Not the case at all. We got all 5 of us buffets. We had to sit, along with a handful of other people, for 20 minutes before there was even any pizza brought out, and then it was just one or two here and there. This left everyone fighting to get food, as there wasn't enough pizza to go around for everyone that was waiting on pizza. The other guests were complaining as well. This place is very poorly managed, and if this is the norm for this establishment, I don't know how the doors haven't closed. My advice, go...

There was only one server available to take care of the entire place. I requested no sausage on my (supreme) pizza, but it was added anyhow. In addition, we were never offered, nor provided, a single refill for our drinks.

As expected, considering there was just a single, over-worked server in a busy restaurant, our service was extraordinary slow, which included not just receiving our order, but also the opportunity to place our order.

Ultimately, the waitress ended up neglecting to bring plates to our table... So, given the circumstances she was up against, rather than adding any more stress to her already overwhelming workload, we ended up just grabbing the plates supplied for the salad...

The restaurant was a mess and the wait staff took over 5 mins to seat us with no one else in front of us and an almost empty dining room. There was a worker at the counter literally directly in front of us that didn't even acknowledge us the whole time we stood there except when we finally got her attention and asked if we should seat ourselves and she said no. Food was okay, though. We called in for delivery around two weeks later and had almost an hour wait time and messed our order up completely and delivered even after we called and cancelled the order because of the wait and finding out they're cash only for delivery.
