Came in because I heard good things but immediately regretted walking in. Store reeked of weed, a woman was loudly cussing in the back, my friend got uncomfortable stares as she walked around, and the man behind the counter told us that if we wanted he could “get passwords off of anything and no question why you needed in” which was extremely sketchy. Girls avoid this store like the plague as the men are pretty creepy in there.

Took in a $1500 msi laptop to have a fan replaced. Owner held the computer and refused to give it back for months. Had to get the police involved to get the laptop back, and he said he completed all the work we requested. Not only did he not replace the fan that was acting up, they managed to melt something into the second fan and bent the laptop to an unfixable condition because they couldn't figure out how to get it apart. $200 later and there were no repairs and now the laptop is in far worse shape than it was when we dropped it off. This computer place and its owner were an answer to prayer. We needed another computer and didn't have the finances to get a new one. He sold an awesome refurbished one to us and threw in an HDMI cord with no extra charge, when I asked what I would need to connect to my TV monitor to watch Netflix, Amazon Prime on a bigger screen.
