Columbia Pizza Restaurant — Restaurant in Columbia

First time to this place and I was in shock. Never will I ever order anything from this place. There were so many food violations I cannot even count. We ordered a pizza and then first thing the worker does is touch the register, his face and nose, and touches the cash. Next he bends down brings the pan of pizza out .. who knows what's hiding underneath that counter. Now touches the pizza with both hands and not even bothers to wash his hands. Touching the dough the cheese and sauce because he couldn't separate the slices because it was that hard. Then puts in the oven. Another gentleman comes and does not bother washing his hands either after touching his face and other objects in the area. Then takes the slices out of the oven and hands it to us on a plate. The pizza was not fresh and who knows how long it was put out and under that counter top. Sorry but not sorry that was disgusting and I regret ever stepping in there. Enter the environment and check it out before buying on the phone. Place would be better if they knew what a clean environment should be...

I normally order here for there giant pizza which is delicious! But had a bad experience with delivery which took 2 hours and even called to check on it and the man on the phone said it was out ( waited another 30 minutes) just as I was about to cancel the order the delivery boy arrives. I only live a block away.... Also the stromboli isn't that great either, all the meat is piled in the middle leaving the sides empty and the sauce!!! Im not sure what they use for marinara but it smelt disgusting and tasted horrible! It smelt like sauce& ketchup & bbq sauce! It was old or something 😕 Highly disappointed from this experience, most likely won't order again, ill take the 10 minute drive to Caruso's from...

In the beginning of getting food from them has been nothing but great. Great food and great service. But lately for the past year everything have been going down hill the food is still great and all but Service is starting to because very disrespectful. The start is the greeting saying just hi Is like talk to a friend not a professional restaurant and hearing in the background that employee knows what they are do while I’m on the phone trying to finish my order is extremely unprofessional to my liking.
