I had a disappointing experience at Columbia Mart. It seems that when the store needs something, it’s treated as an urgent matter but when a customer needs help, especially in an emergency or important situation, the response is often, “I can’t help you.” That kind of double standard doesn’t reflect good customer service. I love this convenient store because it's set up like the corner stores in town. They sell t-shirts, jewelry, knives, Tabaco, etc.... They are the nicest people. I needed a receipt that was for a purchase that was before my second purchase ( cause I paid sperate) and he couldn't figure out how to bring it back up, but, they were so patient and determine to get that...

The whole atmosphere has changed in this store. There use to be a friendly guy that worked the cash register, now theres a nasty unfriendly guy who just snaps at people who buy lottery.
