This person isn’t licensed or has a permit to bake goods from her home and sell them, this isn’t a real business where there an actual store with proper equipment and without proper paperwork from the state and city. Most of her cakes are ordered from the supermarket and most or made from boxed cake mix and Betty Crocker frosting which I myself had purchased one time 6 boxes of cake mix and 6 smalls tubs of frosting from the market.. she doesn’t have a safe serve I will not recommend anyone buying her cakes without having the permit and license especially when they are made from her home where she has a small dog.. look at the cake like seriously what kind of monstrous...

Wow..Just wow.

Called this bakery in attempts to begin a custom order of cookies to be delivered to a local residence, noting that 2-3 days turnaround would be sufficient. The manager then said she would have them ready for delivery on day 3. She was very polite and asked what I wanted and how to customize the order to my specifications.

Here arrives day 3 with no one picking up the phone ALL DAY with no way to know the status of my order. There are no excuses for this poor customer service. I’m aware this is a small mom and pop store, but at some point you should have some accountability.

Melissa baked My Grandsons Birthday cake n Cupcakes. It was the Most Amazing flavor without the Over Sweetness. And Presentation....she ensured Each Child at his party Received a Matchbox Car along w their PB Frosting cupcakes. Highly...
