I decided to paint my first figure and from the moment I walked in, Matthew was engaged in customer care. Once I told him my objective, he gave me great information about starting and asked me what I already knew to ensure it was good info. He patiently answered all my questions and offered to critique my first figure once I painted it.

I returned the following day (for more paints) and as promised he gave the figure a once over and offered honest feedback. 10 min later he called me over to see another customers painted figures, which greatly added value to my experience.

The experience over all was great and I found a good quality hammer that I really enjoy. There is also an employee named Jake that was absolutely amazing. He was very professional in addition to being friendly and adept. He actually saved me and my siblings from a burning building back in 2009 and I have never forgotten his heroism. New to hobby has amazing staff yes warhammer is a prieum they paints ect can find other brands and brushes ect. I've done alot of research but for the fact you can go in person ask questions see what your buying in your hand is worth the slight markup I've seen compared to online shopping. I'm too new to judge but brick and morter must be supported for a particular hobby like this one store looked alive and well busy and business seemed good I was quite surprised.
