Claiming to be too busy to do intake or to contact doc re: accepting additional patient, too busy while a nother person sits on other end of line, not ta,ing care of 'patient waiting' to, enchec,Ed in - better use of time would be dictor,,female, who bounced on phone in last. One t, TA,E CARE OF YOUR PATIENT IN OFFICE RATHER THAN SHOVINGMSELF into call already being handled, po,Italy, professionally, by colleague.
Referral source is pie in the sky no go. 1. No answer 2. Being sick, seriously ill for extd time, that Clinic's annual subscription fee (yep, must be subscribing member, same type of annuql fee charged at local golf clubs, just to be considered for services - $600 YEARLY fee isn't applied to bill, visit costs, just a simple screen/profit tool which removes most from reach of services).
Addly, services NOT SAME as those offered by #ocgor,,here,,who employes the rude interloper wh jumped into phone call last few moments. Legit doc roost ruler at this business, refers to clinic not offering same services. I attempted to set apt with at this office. - nope, wouldn't even pass message on to doc, making life altering decisions for this doc.
Whomever stepped in and hijacked last moments of call with original intake person - rude, inappropriate - hope she receives SAME DISMISIVE TREATMENT WHEN SHE CATCHES HORRIBLE, DECADES SUCKING LIFE PARASITE or some other life altering malfunction in her body. This is only time that I've seen such rude, dismissive actors actually show remorse for their horrible treatment of others - twhen eventually suffering something themselves. Even if their life altering illness impacts them for a few weeks/months, are they allowed to fully understand what loss of control of body is, how devastating it is - once it personally happens.until, such time, they will continue to rudely plow through those seeking aid from doc who has made error in hiring such hippa violating persons.
Such docs might be more careful, in future, when choosing such persons to represent them. Absolutely would not recommend even attempting to contact services with this doctor based on negligent, dismissive and inappropriately acting support person who rules the roost.
Might be great doc, but little miss won't ever allow doc to receive information and choose to assist patient so you/me, any others will never know what a possibly great doc is key player in this bi - since top hen both dismisses and then refuses to pass on patient req/info to HER BOSS, the doc who owns this clinic and pays her check.
Quite possible, this top,hen has done favor since I've witnessed, no, experienced, one bad apple such as this young woman, totally rotting out the entire crate by their nasty, inappropriately, illegally dismissive hijacking of patients details while other staff is...
Read moreI am going to confidently leave this five (5) star review. When I first sought treatment with Dr. Rollow, I was extremely sick and was suffering from an unknown and debilitating ailment which was causing hyperammonemia and consequent encephalopathy. This essentially rendered me incapacitated and severely hindered my legal career. Prior to becoming Dr. Rollow’s patient, I had sought treatment from some of Delaware’s best physicians, none of which were able to help me.
Dr. Rollow has been attentive, responsive, and diligent on my case. Dr. Rollow has also been very thorough in pursing all possible diagnostic avenues. And, while I have not yet recovered 100%, I have improved significantly, and I believe in time I will be better than I was before this nightmare-condition manifested. Something else I really like about Dr. Rollow is that he serves as an assistant professor at a medical school. Some of the best professionals (whether it be doctors or lawyers) remain in a constant state of learning, and teaching a subject is the best way to remain sharp and innovative once you have entered the practice of medicine/law.
I also just saw the negative comment left by a person named “Laura” who alleges: “[t]hey are far more interested in what they can sell you and how much they can charge than how you’re feeling or what’s best for your health.” I do not share her same view. Many integrative medicine practices charge 6.25x the amount that this practice does—just for the membership fee—and the practitioners at those practices will not complete prior authorizations nor will they try and get procedures covered by your insurance company. You are basically on your own if your insurance company says “no” or “you need a prior authorization.” Dr. Rollow has fought to get medications and tests covered by my insurance which I know took much of his time, and he had no obligation to do so. He went above and beyond for me even though he charges a fraction of most other integrative medicine practices and he likely lost money by battling it out with my malevolent insurance...
Read moreI've been seeing Tammy here for over a year now, after a recommendation for the practice from a friend, and she's incredible! I have several health issues, and in the past, I constantly felt frustrated that a doctor would push me through for 15 minutes and I'd leave with still have no clear understanding of what's wrong with me or how to fix it. That is not the case here! I was a little scared to try an 'integrative' place, especially with my chronic health conditions, but I feel more at ease here than any conventional doctor's office. I told Tammy right away that I was weirded out by some of the holistic stuff, and she did not show any judgement. :-D
Tammy spends a lot of time with me, listens to all of my concerns, is very knowledgeable,, and tries to get to the root cause of my issues. I am not an easy case to have, but Tammy has been great at making sure my gastroenterologist and nephrologist are in the loop about decisions and concerns.
Two additional things to mention- the first is that I've never felt any pressure to buy supplements here. I've purchased all of mine from Amazon or Fullscript, via Tammy's recommendations. Also, the office staff is really friendly. They answer the phone, return calls, and are friendly whenever you go into the office as well.
I highly recommend this place to everyone I know and my only regret is not coming...
