Pipilinka — Restaurant in Maryland

So...I walked into Pipilinka not knowing much just that my hubby loves this type of food! I thought it would be a nice touch for his upcoming birthday celebration. Plus I wouldn't have to cook!

Ed, owner, greeted me as soon as I walked in. He was so friendly and warm. Directed me to the menus and asked what I was interested in ordering. Once I said I would love to order a selection for my hubby's birthday celebration, he said "CATERING...come sit down." He was just wonderful. With his input (and staff) we customized a selection of offerings for all of our guests, even ones with selective diets. I said that I would pick-up and we arranged a time. We even got desserts and Mother's Day treats since it was the day before. Fast forward to day of pick-up, and everything was READY to go when I walked in. Perfectly prepared and packed. Ed even helped (he did all of the work TBH) carry everything out and load it into my car (parked on the curb). It was perfect. EVERYONE LOVED EVERYTHING. Literally. EVERYONE LOVED EVERYTHING. I got four whole chickens, rice, Mac-n-cheese, fried yucca, plantains, pickled onion side (YUM!), salad with yummy dressing, sauces (devine), empanadas (OMG...yum), cookies and the special Mother's Day cookies. OMG! SOOOO GOOOOOOOOD! Everyone asked to take something home! We had nothing left and hubby was MAD! Ha! DELICIOUS!!! Thank you Ed and team! Fantastic food. Fantastic experience. We will be back to dine in and cater in the future. Appreciate you making this birthday super special and stress-free for me!!!!!!!! Highly recommend!!!
