We were lied to in order to get a sale and also have to fight with the store to get repairs in our house because there was so much damage done by the delivery guys. We were specifically looking for a dog-friendly couch and was told that the cushions unzipped so they could be washed. We were also sold the warranty as extra comfort that if one of them peed on the couch and we couldn't get the smell out, it would be replaced. Neither of this is true and we spent over 4k on this piece. In addition, we waited for 2 months for a chaise we had to send back because extensive damage was done delivering it. The manager is unwilling to help us - get this - because the saleswoman is no longer there to admit to what she said when she sold it to us. Absolutely, hands down, do not buy...
