Tired and Hungry, I ordered delivery to eat in my hotel room. It was delivered in a reasonable amount of time and the young lady who delivered the dinner was nice. The niceties ended there. I opened the Moo-Shu pork first, wait there was supposed to be pork in the meal right? However, it was VERY difficult to find. Flavor, what flavor ? This was the most bland food I have eaten in a long long time. The little wraps used to eat the Moo-Shu with was so old it was crispy on the edges and had been compressed into one pancake that could not be separated. Oh, and there was no sauce with the moo-shu either, very sad. Now I opened the pork fried rice, There was the pork, at least there was some on top. I did not dig very far down because this too was an awful meal. Totally lacking in any flavor at all. The two egg rolls were, thankfully, OK to eat and tasted fine. I suspect that these were made somewhere else, frozen and then cooked by what they were passing off as a chef. I ordered a coke as well, who delivered a coke that is not cold? I got a warm soda, unacceptable. I called them to complain and they kept hanging up on me because they could not understand English! After three tries I got an employed identified as Vic, nice you lady. I told her of my issues. I told her that I was tired and not coming out to return the food tonight but that I would be in tomorrow to return the food and get a refund. Once there, I had a terrible time communicating with the staff. He disagreed with me that the food tasted bad. LOL Really ??? Finally he said $15 and I accepted as I had eaten some of the food. I'll never be back and I would recommend that everyone...
Read moreWe decided to go here after seeing the great reviews on here. We arrived while there was only one other customer. The cashier took her order and rang her up just in time for the phone to ring. Suddenly she started arguing with a customer about what kind of lo mein they wanted. It wasn't the fact that she was arguing with a customer that got me irritated though. It was that she was doing it in front of the dining room customers. Another employee noticed she was on the phone and walked to open the other register. She took our order and told us it'd be about 10 minutes. The time for the food to come out was close enough to the 10 minute mark, so I have no complaints there. However, I had hoped the order would be correct. We drove all the way home before we realized one of our dishes was wrong (sweet and sour chicken instead of sesame chicken). The sauce to go with the chicken was room temp. We were already home, so we just decided to eat the wrong order and heat the sauce. When we bit into our food it was simply stunning. Stunning, in that, the taste can only be described as being completely absent. I have never had more bland food than what I experienced here. I will not be returning and I will try to discourage friends from trying it. Cleanliness: 2/5 Time: 4/5 Accuracy: 1/5 Taste: 0/5 Attitudes: 0/5 Overall:...
Read moreListen, I hate giving bad reviews, but you gotta know, this place isn’t great. I’m also not the type to post a review unless I’ve tried it a few times, and I’ve come here a few times over the last two years, and I’ve not been impressed. I don’t care about the customer service, or even about the small, dingy dining room. Every time I’ve gone the service is fine, the food is hot and as fresh as you can expect from a strip mall Chinese restaurant. My disappointment is from the food itself. I’ve tried a few different dishes, and they just are not great. Very little meat, a ton of veggies in different degrees of being cooked or raw, and not a lot of flavor. On anything. The egg rolls are literally just shredded cabbage. Fried rice is 98% rice with a sprinkling of veggies, and has no flavor. The hot and sour soup is not bad, but honestly that’s about how you can describe everything. Not bad, but truly not great. You can tell they’re trying to cut down on cost, which I completely understand. But there’s nothing here that will have your customers coming back and spending more money. Your best weapon against anything else is how your menu is executed, and unfortunately you are...
