I applied for a job there which took 3 hours to get done at the Pizza Hut James Campbell. I finally got hired. Then, the surprises came. The manager cheated me out of 2 hours of pay, talks about her other manager in a negative ways to other employees. Shes not very nice. Then, takes my hours away, lies that I never came in or called. She Believes she has a Presidental Resume but works at Pizza Hut. Ive had to work at another store one day to get hours and now I apparently dont have a job. No wonder she cant keep employees. 4 quit in a week i was there. The manager also doesnt allow breaks she says and i had to beg to get a drink of anything for 4½ hours and finally was able to drink something. She also suspended me for 3 days bc customers were watching her unprofessional behavior slamming things ,talking rudely to me, which im new & didnt know nothing but was trying to help. She then in front of the customers, tells me to go home, then runs after me leaving to suspend me for involving the customers. Lol The customers were shocked at her attitude and towards me being the new hire. I tried contacting cooperate and other higher authority but obviously they dont need people who want to work. Ive called, no answer, i reached out to the Nashville hwy store and was told a story that was a lie. Guess, ill be posting the warning of Dont waste your time applying with Pizza Hut bc you wont last. I wont be mistreated. I will report everything. Thanks for wasting my...
Read moreThis Pizza Hut is a joke and quite honestly embarassing to all other Pizza Hut businesses. When ordering online you're given a time in which your order will be ready. Tell me why when I arrived 10 minutes after the "scheduled time" I still had to wait ANOTHER ten minutes. I'm not above waiting but when the "staff" (I use that term loosely) has no concideration to tend to 6 people waiting in the lobby it's quite embarassing. The staff is walking around with no sense of urgency not acknowledging any customer. I get that it could be awkward as an employee, if you're busy, that people are waiting and just looking at you. It's all about how you handle these situations. Ignoring your customer and not being considerate of their time is probably not the best way to handle it. I blame it on management. The reason this happens is because it is allowed to happen. Have some accountability! The pizza was good though. Although the best pizza in the world would not persuade me to deal with that type of service. . . . .this is not my only negative experience with this location. Read moreI ordered from them today and they took my food to the wrong house and the only they knew was because the people called and told them they didn't order any food😡😡😡 made me wait another HOUR for my food and refused to give my money back for the extra hour wait😡😡😡 unlike papa John or dominos. The manager Amy or something close was very rude on the phone kept saying well I don't know what to tell you. Finally an hour later my food arrive my two small children have been waiting for there food and it's not even what I ordered there was no garlic butter crust no ranches that I paid for the pizza looked thrown together. Smh I called and told the manager my food was not right She got another attitude saying what do you want me to do about it I didn't pay attention to your order and didn't see the flavor or the ranches...worst delivery experience I've EVER had I advise anyone never order...
