Read moreIt was little busy 1:00 lunch hour. Arrived 12:55 Pressed the red button, waited for 5-10 minutes for someone to answer. I tried ordering off my app but it wouldn't let me order the griller burger with onion rings. (It would with tots) Tried the red button again, waited another couple to answer. Then someone tried taking my order, they couldn't hear me. I spoke louder and they spoke over me saying they still couldn't hear me they'll be right out to take my order. They swap over to the next booth and answered them through the speaker. When they got done they showed up and took my order in person.
I ordered a the new griller burger and Onion rings and sweet tea. They went to go place the order in and came back and said they were out of onion rings. So I said what is shown on the screen is fine. (Same order but with cheesy tots) my order was completed at 1:19. 20 or more minutes okay but performance with equipment and staff wasn't as great. #7 stall. Then they gave me a survey slip but it didn't work. Didn't realize you had to buy more items to get a reward back. You have to buy a blast to get some $8 e card , missed my chance of getting that because the survey wasn't self-explanatory. Read moreAfter seeing similar reviews, I’ve decided to update my review. I also had my order cleared and had to wait roughly 10-15 minutes for it to arrive after it said, “Tiffany was on her way”. I press the red button only for Tiffany to be rude about it still cooking. She arrived and I questioned why it was cleared when it wasn’t ready. During that time, COVID was a thing and I purposely ordered on the app to avoid pressing that red button. Tiffany held my food hostage as she explained her reasoning. I tried reaching for the bag and she yanked it back only to finish her rude explanation. I told her I would be reporting this issue. She continued to take my car tag number, which has NOTHING to do with reaching out to Sonic. I did think she was going to try to find me based on my car tag after work since she was so adamant about telling her my car tag to her do worker via the headset. As I promised, I’ve never been back to either location since the time of the rating. If Tiffany still works there, I hope she has changed her poor attitude. Very...
