We placed our order online at 5:21 pm. We then called the store to get our family meal half original and half spicy because there was no option in the app to do so. They said no problem and showed up at the store 10 minutes later. We then called the store for the 2nd time to enquire as to where we should pick up our order because the line was extremely long and the doors were locked. The woman over talked me so badly tht I could not even ask were to pickup or why the free large fry coupon we had applied was not showing in our order status. My husband then called the store 6 times before anyone answered and he then asked for the manager. We were told that we had to wait in line until we reached the window for pickup, we could could not have our 14 PC family meal half and half, and that there was no way for her to give us the free large fry that was supposed to be included with our order. My husband then told the manager to just cancel our order. The manager said she could not cancel our order and she could not give us our large fry order, but she would make sure that we did get half and half for our chicken order as long as we signed our receipt. The time was now 5:42pm. 20 minutes later we finally reached the Speaker. After 5 minutes we were told to pull out of line and up to the door. The manager brought our order to us personally and apologized at 6:14. I then began to drive away when my husband realized half of our order was missing. My husband called the store back 3 times again before someone answered. We told them that they forgot half of our order and that we were again parked at the front door. 5 minutes later, another associate came out, apologized and told us that our fish sandwiches had to be cooked... 8 minutes later at 6:33pm the manager brought the rest of our order. I also have another order for-“ “okay pull up!” I didn’t even get to say the name for the second order before I was cut off. I pull up the the window and I told the girl in the window multiple times that I had to orders for Lizbeth and ** and somehow she still didn’t listen and only got on order. After about 10 minutes of waiting for that first order, the food comes out and I tell her again that I have a second order. This other girl who was making the food goes “and she’s telling you just now? Tell her she’s gonna have to pull around because I got all these other cars waiting.” She says that with an attitude like it was my fault her employees don’t know how to listen after I told them many times that I had TWO orders. The girl in the window makes me pull and I sit there for 20 mins and nothing. So I go around the drive thru again and wait another 10 mins to get to the window and then I tell that i never got my food. She told me they didn't have any more wings. I told her, you can't charge me more for something I didn't get. She told me I had to accept what they gave me. I requested to speak to the manager. The young lady refused because she knew she was wrong. I asked her again. She refused. I said please let me speak to the manager because I want a refund. A young African American male, light complexion weighing about 140lbs, mid teens got real aggressive and stuck his head out the window, calling me the N word and threatening to hurt me. He told me he was coming out to hurt me. He made a gesture to the rear of the store. The manager came to the window and I told him what happen and requested a refund. last week, the same young man got my order wrong. This young man has the wrong attitude for a customer service representative. He wants to threaten and fight customers. He doesn't have any respect for his elders. He wants to jump on older adults. I'm almost 60 years of age. About a year ago, some employees at this same location jumped on a customer and put her in the hospital. This location is not safe and the owner and management never reach out to me whe I filed a complaint. They are very passive and don't care about the customer's safety. Especially elderly people.
