Main Moon — Restaurant in Columbia

I don't eat meat so my review is only based upon a small sample of dishes I have tried. I live right down the street from Main Moon so the location cannot be more convenient for me. I mostly only eat the vegetable lo mein which is really good. I have tried the general tso's tofu and the vegetables with brown rice and white sauce which were both horrible. The white sauced tasted like thousand island dressing, which was not the white sauce I am used to. I have also never been charged an extra $1 for brown rice and the use of white sauce which I thought was strange. The service is fast though! I can always guarantee my order to be ready within ten minutes. Also, they know me now as a regular so they throw in a free fortune cookie (normally 10 cents). I love lo mein though, so that is what I order and they make it very well. A small is less than $6 and a large less than $9 with the price staying the same regardless the time of day. Main Moon was a very good Oriental restaurant at one point, but just like many that use the immagrant model they come build up the name with very good chef and then sell to a less fortunate family with subpar skills in restaurant ownership and even less in culinary ability. Please let this place go under so another can come and earn its name this one is a very bad establishment I told my mom it was good 10 years ago and she should have check the reviews before just going off what I said 10 years ago after I informed her of thr Asain restaurant model many are not even Chinese that cook the food but from the poorer countries of Asia . I have been strictly Japanese dining for sometime now due to thr consistency in restaurant ownership and food experience is much better to American standard that American Chinese food.. just nasty what she brought home made my stomach swell...

The woman at the counter is extremely rude and asked me not to come back to her store. I could not pick up my food one day due to a flat tire and I called and told them that. She was angry and hung the phone up. After this incident she blocked my number and apparently, she is known for this. I called in my order from my sister's phone, and she picked up instantly. When I went there to pick up my food, I asked her about my phone number being blocked. She told me to my face that I didnt not pick up my food so she blocked me. After that, I told her I did not want the food and she told me to "Never come back to her store ever again."
