Went in to look and was followed by the manager like I was a convicted felon. At first I thought he was being friendly, I soon realized I was being watched like a hawk. I'm no further then the 3rd row in and less then 10 min in the store and he gets a phone call. Stands right behind me step by step talking on the phone. Soon as he hangs up he asked me "are you going to buy anything??" I told him i'd never been in the store, seen it a few times and just decided to stop and see what all he has. I wasn't sure if I was going to buy or not. I had nothing in particular in mind, I was just browsing and getting an idea of the store. I had a couple hours to kill before I needed to be anywhere, so was just out shopping. He then told me I NEEDED TO LEAVE at 4 pm. He told me to literally buy something if I was because he was leaving to pick up his "boys". I do not believe these was his children he was speaking of. He did walk out right behind me. However following someone so close goi can touch them at all times is not a way to get return customers.. I understand theft is probably high, however goi need to put a little trust in people. I took my phone in because the screen was smashed. They replaced it but never told me that my finger print function would no longer work, which was a function I used often and the brightness of my screen wou led be dark. When I went back to have them fix the issue I was told that's what happens sometimes when original parts are not used from China. I was never told that I would not be getting original parts to begin with. If I would have known this I would have purchased a new phone. I was told they would check with the supplier to see if their parts caused darker screens and the caused the finger print function not to work. Never buy any Electronics from this place I can't say much about the other merchandise because I haven't purchased much but the electronics are absolute junk. I purchased a iPad laptop for my son so he could play fortnite for his birthday. I was told that this Apple notebook had every capability of playing fortnite so forth and so on. I get it home and it is not compatible with any kind of fortnite or Microsoft games so it was a huge waste of my time I end up taking it back to exchange it for another laptop which has now quit working 30 days after date of purchase luckily for me I bought the warranty so now they said that they cannot fix the laptop because the screen has gone out in it and for me to come pick a new one this is complete and utter bull because I know I'm just going to get another one that's not going to work.
