Customer service was good (at first). I dropped my buddies Gucci watch there to have it engraved for him. He recently got married and we’ve been friends for about 16 years so I wanted to surprise him with a really nice wedding gift. It was an authentic Gucci watch, so I won’t say how much it cost me, but one can imagine. Anyways, I was told the watch could be picked up one week from the day I dropped it off but that someone would also call me. Well, after 10 days went by I hadn’t heard anything and then just called myself to see if the watch was ready for pick up. They told me it was ready and I asked why no one called me. The reply I got was beyond unacceptable if you’re a business owner. “Sorry, I guess we forgot.” Then, one of the reps there should me the work (which was pretty good), and told me that since there’s more room for some lettering, they could add something else to the watch i.e. best wishes, best friend etc. He showed me we’re it would go and everything. I agreed to it and was told to come back at the same time the next day and it would be ready. I did just that and it wasn’t ready. Once again, I was told that they forgot. They told me if I can wait they’ll have it done in 20 minutes, so I said I’d run an errand and come back. Once I returned, they had my watch and I was excited to see the results. Well, the extra writing they put on the back was not only a bigger font size, but by mistake they put my friend and his wife’s anniversary date on the back of the watch twice, it was crooked, and since the font was so much bigger, it went into the Gucci writing and emblem on the back of the watch. I was really upset and one of the other reps said to me, “mistakes happen, just is what it is.” Now they have to order a new backing matching the model number of the watch directly from Gucci and tell me they’ll try to have it expedited, but it could take 2 - 4 weeks 🤦🏽♂️.. I wouldn’t even be leaving this review if it wasn’t for the ladies comments to me about, “mistakes happening.” You don’t say those words to a paying customer when they are upset about substandard work that your business did! This company gets 1 star. I would have at least given them another half star but you can’t select halves.....

Back then I use to believe in give second, third, fourth and even fifth chances to others to get things right. It appears maybe they have not changed. They still seems to have their picks who they give GODLY professional service and who they SCREW OVER. This morning I am trying to find a company to use to get a GODLY PROFESSIONAL SERVICE DONE AND TO BE TREATED LIKE A HUMAN AND NOT A "NOTHING" like they did me. THEY WILL NOT REMEMBER ME AS AVIS LOVE LEWIS BUT AS "MOMMA LOVE". I DO NOT LET ANYONE TREAT ME LIKE THAT ANYMORE BECAUSE I AM "GOD'S DAUGHTER" AND GOD MADE US ALL AND GOD DO NOT MAKE JUNK. Read moreNot the place I would choose to do business with ever again. So here's my story, I dropped off a project and specifically asked the lady behind the counter if this was something they could do. She answered that they COULD get it done in a little over a week due to the curing process. She bills me $150.00 with the remainder to be paid once the entire scope of the project is known. At no point in time was I told that they could not complete this project due to the size of it. In fact, I helped the lady measure the project and still, after all the measuring, I was assured this was something they could do. Days start passing and I get no call back indicating the process of the project even though I was told they would call me later to discuss and bill the remaining balance.
I called multiple times to find out what was going on with the project.
Not only do I never receive a call back from any employee, when I finally get in touch with someone today, 2/11/19, I'm told that the project cannot be done or must be sent off for someone else to do it. Any of you could have called me within those fifteen days and tell me that it could not be done. Or better yet, you could have called me back like your employees promised every time I called.
