My son and I went one evening few weeks back to enjoy two small confetti dipped icecream since we heard about it that it tasted great. Iāve ordered and received the first one and gave it to my son. Then I received mine which was significantly smaller. I asked if they could remake the icecream. They refused! When I asked for the manager she replied that she was the manager and that she will not remake the icecream because they donāt waste products. I asked if I could get some partial refund or reduction of cost because I paid the same price for two significantly different sizes. She refused and ask what I wanted. A refund? Well the problem with that is my son and I want icecream. Well I chose to keep the icecream and started to drive off. But then I changed my mind especially after showing two strangers the icecream and agreed that it was significantly different. I went inside to request my refund to the manager. The employee that made the icecream suddenly started cursing using vulgar words. The manager did not stop him the entire time. It was another coworker of him that tried to calm him down. I did tell the manager and the staff that I would be calling in on that situation. Unfortunately two products were wasted and they had to give me my refund! I did contact customer relations same evening and reported the incident. I was told that the franchise owner of that location would contact me. That person did not ( 6 days has passed ) I called the customer relations again and they apologized that I havenāt heard from the franchise owner yet. I was told they would escalate this matter and that I would be contacted. After 4 days I have called again! And same thing I was told. I also received a email of them apologizing and offering me a gift card. I replied to the email stating it is very unprofessional and unfortunate that I have not yet been contacted by the franchise owner of that location. So I hope the staff received proper communication or training especially the manager. I was not going to leave a review but this franchise owner left me no choice. Not only did they loose product that night but they also lost a customer/ customers! It all could have been prevented by remaking a icecream I paid for or the franchise owner contacted me!...

The food was barely edible but even if it weren't I've never been treated as unprofessionally as I was by that awful woman they put on their management team. I've been coming to this location for a very long time but I have plenty of other options... I'll be voting with my wallet by going somewhere else from now on. Also, if the customer does you the favor of placing the order and paying for it over the app then you should do them the favor of handing it to them through the drive-thru window instead of making them get out of their cars and wait. If I had placed the order in the drive-thru they would have had to prepare it, take my payment, AND hand it to me through the window so why the extra hoops after doing them a solid by handling half the transaction on my own. Literally all they had to do was put the food in a bag and hand it to me but they were ultimately unwilling to extend even the most basic level of customer service. We ordered and got to the window and we were told that our order was rang in wrong, nothing too big but we ordered 1 sprite and 1 sweet tea they said it was rang in as 2 sweet teas and they āran outā of sweet tea and so we got our drinks replaced. I asked for no tomatoes on my burger and to add onion. I got the food and looked and my burger didnāt have any onions but had tomatoes. I went inside to get it fixed. Took 10 mins to get it redone and all they did was take off the tomato and added onions and the other 5 mins it sat in the window under the lamps. As Iām waiting the girls making the ice creams are putting the dipped ice cream cones in the bottoms of the freezer thatās in the lobby! This is horrible! How do y'all have a 99 score? Adding dipped ice cream cones to the bottom of a fridge that isnāt lined with anything and you can see all the melted ice cream and whatever else is...
