I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Furniture Bargain Warehouse. As a corporate housing company, we purchased five mattresses from them for our properties. Unfortunately, our experience with their products and customer service was beyond frustrating.
Within just three days of sleeping on the mattresses, we noticed that the springs were already coming off in two out of the five mattresses. We immediately reached out to Furniture Bargain Warehouse to address the issue and seek a resolution.
To our dismay, the customer service we received was nothing short of horrible. Instead of showing any sense of loyalty to a customer who was looking to establish a long-term business relationship, they left us feeling neglected and ignored. We were made to wait for two long weeks with false hope that maybe something would be done about the faulty mattresses. However, when we finally had the chance to speak to the manager again, he simply dismissed our concerns and stated that they couldn't take back the mattresses. No alternative solutions were offered, leaving us with no recourse.
The lack of professionalism, poor product quality, and dismissive attitude of the manager at Furniture Bargain Warehouse were truly disappointing. As a business that relies on reliable and quality furniture for our clients, this experience was not only frustrating but also reflected poorly on our reputation.
I strongly advise others to reconsider purchasing from Furniture Bargain Warehouse. All of there documentation is unorganized and hard to understand because they fill everything out in code and not fully. The manager made up terms that we’re never discussed. They literally took my money refused a refund or a store credit and claimed this is how all furniture stores operate. I’ve purchased furniture from several places and I have NEVER had anything like this happen to me. The only reason I went there was because my mom recommended them but PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. The other two salesmen are super nice but the manager is VERY unprofessional and mean, one of the employees apologized to me because he heard everything. If you need a recommendation for a furniture store with great prices and amazing customer service I can definitely recommend you to some amazing places but this is definitely not on the list, I wish I would’ve went to a different store but my lawyer will be in touch with them...
