I came in this evening (11/14/24 5:45pm). Firstly, you could not hear the person speaking on the speaker. Then 2 different people decided to speak at the same time over talking each other. When I got to the first window to pay- I asked the young man to repeat my order to make sure everything was right due to the 2 people speaking. I get to the second window and I get my food, the man asked me what drinks I had, I told him. He stated it’s not what was on the receipt. I checked the receipt and it was wrong. I tried telling him that wasn’t correct. (Why would I order a large meal with a small drink? ) He proceeded to tell me I would have to purchase brand new drinks to fix it. Whatever. I start checking my food to make sure everything was there before I was being rushed out the window. So I just drive home. I get home and none of the right sauces are in there (AFTER asking the man if he put them in there).. and my daughters happy meals did not have their chicken in there. Literally.. no chicken. My husband’s sandwich (maple burb. Whooper) didn’t have none of the right toppings on it. I called the BK to speak to a manager. I was placed on hold for 15 minutes until I hung up. All I heard in the background was employees arguing and screaming at each other.
I will say the man giving out the food was apologetic for the drinks. I get he was following protocol I’m sure.
But regardless, the service was absolutely horrendous. Our food was wrong and atrocious. Our drinks were basically soda water cause it needed changed. I couldn t get anyone on the phone. Definitely...
Read moreWent to the Macon Rd location in Columbus ga and was highly dissatisfied. The manager on duty was Mrs. Victoria. I had two separate orders. One was an Impossible Whopper combo that I specified to be made FRESH. The 2nd order was a simple bacon cheeseburger combo that was placed as well. The Impossible Whopper order came out first and was lukewarm at best. We waited for the drive thru worker to return. She was heading to the window with the second order when I informed her that my Whopper was cold. I gave her the entire bag back. The KICKER was that the second order was hot and you could feel it through the packaging. As we were waiting for the remade FRESH Impossible Whopper. I looked up and the young man was at my window with the remade meal in less than 3 minutes (now that's IMPOSSIBLE). That was the tell tell sign that it was placed in the microwave!! Now the lazy manager did want to remake the entire meal... she even left the cold onion rings in the original bag. Now mind you it was a small in which I ate two out of and there was maybe 6 left... I told the young man that I wanted my entire order to be hot. I didn't care if she gave me 6 hot onion rings back. I wasn't looking for more.. just FRESH/HOT. Mrs. Victoria the lazy manager isn't following the companies motto of HAVING IT YOUR WAY. The sad thing is I visit this location because it's close to home but now I am questioning if I will return. Read moreOkay... so I go to this Burger King and tryed to order a double burger. I'm waiting patiently in line and the manager tells me that this lane is closed and then if I wanted to order I need to drive all the way around which the other lane had a long line of cars. I was tge last car in my lane. So I proceeded to just go to the 1st. window and place my order and pay for it there. As I pulled up to the 1st window the cashier said. The manager told her not to take my order. So I proceed to the 2nd window and waited patiently until somebody came. Finally Ms Lynne or Lynn the manager came to the window. I asked her why couldn't I place my order. She said the lane was already closed when I got here. Ms. Lynn was very rude and said that if I wanted to order that I have to turn back around or come in and order one item a double cheeseburger. Miss Lynn was very disrespectful and I have seen her talk to her associates even in a disrespectful way She complained about her having a short staff that as we all know that everywhere around us and restaurants that we go have a short staff it does not give you the right to talk to anybody or mistreat your customers. I am a manager myself and I know it can be frustrating at times but you never talk to anybody any kind of way. if it wasn't for the customers what helps pay our bills and keep our jobs.
