Excellent local gym that's very reasonably priced. The one big thing I need which many gyms don't have is a free-weight squat rack, and this gym has several of them (and they're not just squat racks but full power cages). They also have a nice deadlift platform, bumper plates, and different types of barbells which are also uncommon at other gyms. Great overall selection of equipment and machines, and it never feels too crowded. I don't have kids but I think it's amazing that they have free childcare. Several free classes available every day of the week. Everyone here is friendly and focused on getting a workout, and I like that this is not an "influencer" gym and I don't have to walk around dodging a bunch of phone-tripods. Read moreThis has been my family's go-to gym for many years now. Plenty of cardio machines and weights, no gimmicks. The women's locker room is always clean. There are private shower stalls available. The morning staff (Jason) is a great guy! Always friendly and helpful and always busy. The other members are generally polite and follow gym etiquette, (though there are a few that try to monopolize multiple machines for their circuit training.) He never smiles he is always visibly annoyed when I ask for towel for spin class. He always says something under his breath when I walk away.
