I have had the distinct pleasure of interacting with Chris, an employee at the airport lounge, for over a year and a half. As someone who travels to Los Angeles on a biweekly basis because of secondary business , I can affirm that Chris consistently exemplifies exceptional service.

Chris possesses a remarkable demeanor—he is highly knowledgeable, consistently kind, and unfailingly courteous. His contributions significantly enhance the experience of all patrons, and I believe his efforts reflect positively on the lounge. It is my opinion that his manager should take note of his performance and consider him for a promotion, or at minimum, a raise commensurate with his value to the team. Chris’s leadership qualities would undoubtedly make him an asset in a managerial role.
