No waiters, only a host that takes you to a table and leaves you there. You then use your smart phone to order from a QR code. Nice (sarcasm). We ordered several drinks, including an orange juice. Orange juice came loaded with ice. We didn’t want ice with it but since there was no human waiters or an option on their robo menu we couldn’t make that preference known. Took 5 minutes to bring 3 drinks in a virtually empty restaurant. When we got up to leave and we’re about to exit the serving area, a server (same one who brought the drinks because they don’t have a robot that can do that yet) asked us if we’d paid…which we did before we had been served. She probably should have known that. They need to ditch their entire process because it make for a cold customer experience, and it doesn’t work. Honestly probably the rudest server I’ve ever encountered. I get that it was super busy with lost lands wrapping up and being short staffed, but there’s zero excuse for how she talked to us. Made a simple (easily fixable) mistake with the tab/check (which btw, worst system for ordering ever. What kind of menu doesn’t let you edit your tab) and she belittled us and would not stop telling us how it was our fault. Yeah… we knew that… it’s your job to fix it. Even when I was profusely apologizing she didn’t even acknowledge my presence. I tipped $4, way too much money for her I wish I could have left a negative tip. Wow never have I been treated so coldly. Host seats you no smile whatsoever. Told us to use the QR code to order, so we did. Server showed up with drinks no smile or introductions. Come back half hour after we ordered, claims that burgers only come well done. So ok cancel my order. She comes back 2 other times to tell me the same thing. Tried to pay but the site would let me without a basic 22% tip. So we asked for to go boxes, she actually rolled her eyes at us. She only brings on box out, like seriously.
