Donatos Pizza (Concourse A) — Restaurant in Columbus

I had an hour layover and was sitting at the gate waiting for my next flight. They delayed the flight so I decided to find something to eat.

This review is regarding Terminal A. There is not much to choose from here. I walked over to this place. It seemed ok. I ordered a cold Italian Sub. It was a very small sandwich for what it cost but hey I had to eat. The sandwich was nothing fancy.

There is one person at the counter taking orders. The dine in portion was a wreck. The trash cans were overflowing. There was trash on the floor under the tables. Doesn't seem like they have enough employees to take care...

Very crowded, that would be expected being in an airport. No available seating. Felt like an assembly line with no courtesy. The pizza was decent, the sub would need more filling and the bread tasted old and chewy. And the prices were expensive for the amount of food we got. I guess , if you’re hungry without a lot of options. You eat wherever and whatever...

Stopped here for a quick bite before takeoff last Friday April 25th. I ordered a sausage breakfast sandwich. Not sure what was in it but I went to chew a bite of the sausage and it literally broke my tooth to the point it cannot be repaired and needs to be extracted. So thank you Donatos.
