Clean, classic, simple but elegant. #2 I had recently hurt my ribs and since this shopping trip was a gift for my significant other I couldn't ask for his help. So a girl has to do what a girl has to do. I went out in what was comfortable.. you guessed it .. Rib binder, pajamas and flip flops. After hours of getting the run around from other stores and even a bit offended by some of the comments, I came across Eli. My husband and I bought my wedding band with a protection plan over 5 years ago. We were told by the owner we don't need to bring in the paperwork they have us in the system so don't worry about it. Went in today to resize the ring, the rude sales lady was able to pull up our information and saw we had the protection plan but tells us we would have to bring in the paperwork to resize it or pay full price for resizing because we didn't bring a 8.5x11 piece of paper that I have never needed to bring in previously over 5 years. She pointed to a 4x6 size frame that she said they recently put up within the last two months that is the new policy. I would rather pay someone else to resize it than to pay them for something I already bought!!!! Inconsiderate and rude. Terrible customer service! If I could give zero...

We purchased a wedding band and ring here nearly 10 years ago. We return every 4-6 months to have the ring inspected and cleaned ( included for free as part of the original purchase). I cannot tell you how many times we have come to their store during their listed business hours, only to find the store closed. They rarely answer the phone, but will respond by Instagram making up some excuse as to why they chose not to show up to work that day. This is the most unprofessional business practice I’ve ever come across. You may be able to get your jewelry at a reasonable cost, but don’t expect anything above that. The customer service is below average and I’d hate to see how they handle an actual issue with your jewelry. I would recommend purchasing your...
