My son was invited for a birthday party and I brought my 5 year old daughter who I paid for separately. Upon checking in, both women had trouble finding the name I gave them for the birthday party. One of the women just said, “I guess it looks like you don’t have a party here.” and I pointed to the mother of the birthday guest behind the opposite counter who was also having trouble finding their room. Once that was eventually cleared up, I explained I needed to purchase entry for my daughter and didn’t know what the options were due to the very vague pricing on their screens. She just stared at me and shrugged. I asked what the best deal was for both the rides and the games. She said, “There really isn’t a good deal,” and my personal favorite when I asked what she would recommend, “I wouldn’t really recommend one.” So should I just walk away? lol like what? I stepped out of line so they could assist the people behind me while I measured my daughter at the ride height requirements. Once I figured out what “package” to get, I got back in line and purchased the 39.99 Unlimited Attractions for 1.5 Hours with the arcade add on for 29.99. They did explain that for the rides that said she needed an adult to accompany her, I would also need a pass which was helpful to know. They also said that since they were about to get busy, I should just purchase the full day pass. I declined. (they never got as busy as they made it seem btw) After the purchase was done, I asked what room the birthday party was in and she looked at me like we didn’t just have this exact conversation and we had to go through it all over again. I decided to just go find it myself until we saw someone we recognized.
The place is enormous and there are loads of arcade games to choose from. It’s not abnormal to see some of them not working, but there were quite a few. One game my daughter chose was a bowling game where it’s supposed to dispense the ball for you to roll. Both myself and my daughter swiped for two lanes and it only dispensed one ball. It then proceeded to keep the ball and we were unable to play the full frames. Fortunately, there was an employee fixing another game nearby and I explained it wasn’t working. He tried to fix it and then offered to refund the tickets to my card which he then took and brought back.
The photo booth took 24 tokens/tickets to use and it made me swipe twice to work which meant it actually cost me 48 tokens to use. We played a water gun game where you have to race and shoot the target - while my daughter’s worked fine, mine shot out a mist and wasn’t able to be registered by the target. We tried to play hungry hungry hippos and it only shot out ONE ball which my daughter “ate” and that was it. She wanted to play a trolls game that is supposed to swing an arm to push coins and it didn’t work at all but took my swipe. I wound up adding an additional $10 to the card just to stretch our time since a lot of it was wasted.
My daughter decided to do the drop tower three separate times, all by herself as I watched from the side. The first two times, she had the operator assist her with the restraints since she couldn’t reach to pull them down. She had a blast, it was all good! The third time, however, she was able to pull the restraint down and the operator went around and did his thumbs down spiel to the other riders. The ride started and I watched as my daughter started crying and yelling that she wasn’t buckled. I yelled at the operator and he said something I didn’t hear over the noise of the ride and it came to a stop. He went to her first to help her out and said he was sorry. With this being toward the end of the 1.5 hour mark, I called it for the day and quickly gathered both my kids and left.
tl;dr: Huge waste of money and questionably safe. Enter/book at...

I made a reservation for 10 children but unfortunately some were unable to attend at the last minute. I asked for an adjustment and off rip, the manager SABRINA was very dismissive and condescending. She was treating the situation as if I was trying to run out on the bill. I had the remaining balance for the party for 10 kids ( & 3 additional children), extra money for food, drinks, & the tip for our hostess. She stated it was a minimum requirement & I was more than ready to honor that. She met me at the room minutes later to pay. Whole different energy. Now she’s all smiley and has so much conversation. Night and day from the woman I had experienced mins prior. I asked for my receipt.
My guests and I received our cards and went to ride the SpinZone attraction. As we were boarding, she slid my card & I asked for her to confirm that we weren’t being charged points (mainly due to the semi-hostile encounter w/Sabrina). I informed her that I just wanted confirmation because all attractions were supposed to be free/included with our package. The team member goes on to say that they usually tell her when there is an all-inclusive package, they didn’t according to her, so it would cost. I said if the cards are loaded correctly, it shouldn’t. She called Sabrina on the walkie-talkie and instead of just confirming to the team member about the package and instructing her to slide the card for confirmation, she sends someone else from management to “rectify the issue.” Another woman came down & tried to explain the situation as if I was the one mixed up. I know what I paid for my guests & I just wanted confirmation that it reflected that way when the cards were slid.
The very next day, the sales manager Mr.Vines returns my call from the day before the party. I informed him that the party was the day prior but I would like to receive my receipt. NOW THIS WAS THE 2ND TIME REQUESTING MY RECEIPT. I’ve called since the party TO REQUEST MY RECEIPT FOR A 3RD TIME. NO CALL BACK AND NO EMAILED RECEIPT. I’ve never experienced such a lack of professionalism and decorum.
My son is Autistic and I worked hard to make his day as special as possible for him. Life is hard enough! So no, I did not appreciate the treatment my guests and I received while there. We didn’t use the whole $40 on the cards but we’ve already decided that we won’t be returning. I’m still...
Read moreThere's just too much to list but ai got time. Terrible location. Terrible people that attend. Staff is mostly incompetent. We paid for the all day drive pass. Got to ride the karts twice in 2 hours and stood in line for 35 minutes the 2nd time and not because there was such huge lines, there wasn't. It was because they were letting kids that CLEARLY shouldn't be behind the wheel, behind the wheel. They couldnt event get caution lap over because kids kept crashing into one another... going 2 miles per hour. The staff, just let it go. Didn't say a word. Didn't kick any drivers out.
Now once we finally get on the track we couldn't even drive. The kids running the carts WERE MANUALLY HITTING THE BREAKS ON ALL CARS or completely stopping us every 30 seconds. That's not a joke. EVERY 30 seconds. I wanted to pull my cart off but they wouldn't let me in the middle of the race.
Finally at the end im waiting in the cart and take my belt off... staff comes up and threatens me that if I don't put my seat belt back on I'll be asked to leave. EXCUSE ME? So you let these kids crush these cars for 2 hours straight, no warnings, nothing. But youre gonna come to the adult and tell him if he doesn't put his seat belt on while waiting in the pits to leave after the worst go kart experience ever, you'll have him leave. You godda be kidding me.
So on my way out I get to talk to the sweetest manager, Michelle, when was already waiting for me apparently. While talking to her I get absolutely ganged up on by the staff telling me I caused a safety issue. Im causing the safety issue... not the kids who totally ruined the experience for everyone else, but the adult who was simply fed up with his experience and wanted to leave anyways, telling me "If I did this while driving a car I'd get a ticket".
Michelle did her absolute best to handle the situation but she let the staff get outnof control and I let everyone know how I felt before leaving. I only hope that Michelle truly spoke to the GM about my concerns because, minus my foul language, she completely agreed with me.
I truly hope this prompts change up there because someone WILL get hurt and it won't be because an adult took their seat belt off in pit lane before...
