I almost never take time to review places on google but this hidden gem in the mall is genuinely great enough for me to give it a go.

Starting with prices they are VERY competitive. I went in looking for ps4 games for my collection hoping to cross things off my list and I did that and then some. The prices were actually below some of my ebay watch listings and I got to save a few bucks due to prices alone.

The vibe of the store is awesome and the owner is great. We had a great conversation and he is extremely knowledgeable about games old and new (and has some great recommendations if I may add)

There is a hidden rule in local game stores where you can negotiate here and there and as I read through some reviews after I left I realized the people upset with their negotiations going poorly is due to their attitude or (in my opinion) insane expectations on cash back prices. These guys gotta make money too. If you want your top line price then go list it on ebay or an auction.

Overall I have been to many game stores as I am a relatively big collector of most game systems and the prices here are in the top 10% of most fair and even most being straight up good deals.

Support your local game stores, especially people like him who genuinely have a passion for these types of things. Not doing it for a quick buck but the passion is a big decider for me and will always influence where I go for a trade in, collection refresh, or just to browse around and enjoy.

Worst experience I've ever had bought a controller and the lady who sold it acted kinda shady she guaranteed it would work of course we took it home and only one button worked it was $30 for a used controller that was broken.... We took it back & the employee who was working spoke very nasty to me & was very unprofessional I showed him who sold it to me and the same girl knew it was me she remembered me she ran to the back & was hiding out saying she didn't want to get in the middle of it of course bc she knew it was junk! Be wary of their refund policies and high prices. Local competitors, such as Warp Zone, easily out-do them.

Please take a moment to notice every negative review of this establishment is a lie and completely unsubstantiated according to the owner, with very lengthy responses.

In response to owner's reply: no initial testing of console was offered, and only partial credit (close to half of what I paid) was offered for his inaccurately suggested solution. I would have happily accepted 100% credit for the return of his inaccurately suggested solution to buy the N64 console I initially intended to buy.
