So disappointed in this place. My fiancé tried to buy a necklace online, got same day delivery, agreed to be texted, the whole 9 yards. Later he called the store to ask when it would be delivered, and the woman there told him they needed some sort of approval from corporate and it wouldn’t be delivered same day. We called corporate to ask what was going on, they gave us some nonsense about having to review the purchase? It was bought online on their website and the money was taken from my fiancé’s account. We were then told by the store that we’d have to just purchase the necklace in the store and cancel the transaction with corporate. We tried to do that - corporate refused to cancel the order because it was under review. We called them every day multiple times a day for seven days straight and have yet to receive a refund. Their customer service both at corporate and at the store was horrific. We will never be back, and if I could give them less than 1...

I have been looking for a ring for my girlfriend , I had visited Helzberg diamonds first Lori helped me and vas very knowledgeable she showed me so my styles explained everything about the different metals and different diamond sizes and shapes. I left and visited 3 other different jewelry stores and no other store was knowledgable and seemed willing to go above and beyond to help me. I returned to Helzberg and Lori and Becky was just as helpful and went over so many ring options again with me . I purchased the most incredible ring . No other jewelry store could come close to the customer service I received and the ring quality for the price then what I got at Helzberg . We get all of our jewelry here. The option for a life time warranty is a plus and most often needed.

Staff is often friendly but sometimes sound inconvenienced by jewelry upkeep. I am having trouble getting them to send my wedding ring to the jeweler to have it sized, I haven't been able to wear my ring in a month.

We have the expressions bracelet and the child birthstone charms fall off, there is no warranty on the charms or bracelet. I strongly suggest to not get the dangle charms they are poorly made although very pretty.
