I'm so incredibly thankful for this pharmacy and the women that work there! I didn't get the name of the woman on the phone that did the hard work to get my prescription but the two women working there when I went in a couple hours later to get my prescription were Milena and Kendy. Milena helped check me out at the cash register, and she was very kind and understanding. THANK YOU to them! I had to get my prescription that I had been waiting for two days transferred here because it seems like people at Kroger actually care. I'm pregnant and have asthma, and I've been struggling with breathing and coughing so hard that I can't keep some things down because of it. I haven't been able to sleep as well because of the asthma and cough and have desperately needed the inhaler I got from them. Walgreens on east broad was TERRIBLE. They could care less about people. They gave me the run around even when I had gotten both doctor and insurance approval. They lied and tried to tell me they were still waiting on insurance approval despite me calling insurance and them telling me it had been approved already; THEN even though they told me the evening before AND the next morning that they would have it in the afternoon ready; they did not have it ready. They didn't even have it in stock which I feel like they should have known that in the morning when I called (or the evening before when I called). They even told my husband that there weren't any pharmacies around them that had it in stock. The first pharmacy I called was Kroger, and they had it. I had called around 4pm, and asked if there was anyway they could get it transferred for the same day. The woman was so empathetic after hearing that I was pregnant and having breathing problems. She said that she would call them right away, but she couldn't guarantee that they would have it the same day because it depended on whether Walgreens put them on hold or not. She said that she would call me to let me know either way. Well she called me an hour or so later to tell me that they would have it ready by 6pm!!!!! THANK YOU!!! THANK YOU!!! THANK YOU!! My parents, my husband, and my other kids that have been witnessing my trouble and asking if I'm okay---from all of them THANK YOU! Also a THANK YOU from my baby and me so that we can breathe tonight! I'm so incredibly...
Read moreWhen going to this Krogerâs , do not expect a nice visit. Every time I have went to this store something is wrong. One time, I went there and was at the end of my shopping when a fire alarm went off and we had to evacuate the store, and I couldnât even buy my groceries and had to go to a different Krogerâs. Another time, I entered the store, the security guard was sitting at the mask desk supposedly giving out masks when they didnât even have a mask on correctly. When it is also states that the workers would wear a mask on their website. From my perspective, it comes across as Kroger not caring about their customers health. Also, might I add, I have worked at a Krogerâs during this pandemic and they do NOT give temp checks to the workers. So if you get sick blame them(incompetent workers). Last but not least, I went to here again at this location to try to pick up my prescription, since I am sick and contagious with a viral infection. I went in without knowing of the drive thru and waited in line to get my prescription, they said to wait 30 mins to pick it up so I came back to get my prescription then they state they are out of my medicine and I need to drive 25 mins away to pick it up. I asked them nicely why would they state I could pick my medicine up in 30 mins when itâs not available ? The employee Misha then escalated the situation by yelling at me through the speaker and so I started raising my voice back since this is no not a way to treat âvalued customersâ and as frustrated I was, I asked for a hirer up in her division, and she came back and said there is no manager on staff for the pharmacy and that she has been there for 16 years and know how to handle everything. When obviously she doesnât know the first thing about her job, and had a complete disregard when I told her I was sick and could not enter the store to talk to her she said that it wasnât her problem and that I should figure it out I am so disgusted with this location the store manager Tom should also be fired with misha itâs very disgusting that Krogerâs has allowed someone so rude to work there...

Review: I had a deeply unsettling experience at this Kroger location involving a cashier named Jade. While trying to complete my Instacart order, Jade became verbally aggressive, loudly cursing at me and threatening me, insisting that I either âdo things her wayâ or leave for self-checkout because âthis is her register.â When a manager came to assist, she even told him he couldnât use her register to help me. She was instantly upset about the instacart COUPON barcode, not for an online order. She even shouted â The only time I have these issues is with customers like youâ
Jade openly declared, in front of multiple employees and customers, that âeverybody loves her hereâ and that ânobody, not even management, will do anythingâ about her behavior, while continuing to create a hostile scene. Several of her coworkers looked visibly uncomfortable but did not intervene as she tried to get them to cosign her actions. The lady at the service desk said âI barely know herâ After hearing jade said âShe loves her and wonât do anythingâ As we both listened to Jade run around Telling other coworkers and cussing. The lady at the service desk did find the manager who was very passive as Jade said âhe loves her too And wonât do anythingâ
This was not only humiliating but made me feel unsafe as a customer. No one should be threatened or intimidated when shopping, and no employee should ever make a customer feel that corporate policies donât apply to them.
I hope corporate reviews this incident immediately. Customers deserve a safe, respectful environment, and no employee should be allowed to harass or threaten shoppers while claiming immunity from consequences. As I walked out, she continued laughing, shrugging her shoulders and rolling her eyes. This was harrassment and much more and should NOT be tolerated...
