The East Broad Street BIBIBOP is better than the one in Reynoldsburg, but the service varies either way - the first time I went to the Reynoldsburg location, one of the employees had an attitude with me. Don't know if she still works there, but I went back. The people whom I eat there with tend to get irritated because they have to keep asking for more in their bowls, so there are complaints concerning the initial portion size for either location - I have to ask for more at this restaurant too sometimes, but that's minor, not much of a bother. I can remember once I got bits of clumpy, inedible rice in my bowl - and quite a lot of it - from the Reynoldsburg location. Additionally at that particular location, I had to have my bowl remade and the employee started guessing what I wanted before I could even say it, and putting things I didn't even want in my bowl. I'd never had customer service that bizarre. I avoid the Reynoldsburg location now. This time, East Broad hooked up my bowl fine, but... drowned it in so much sauce that it was near inedible. Good food, varying service, but the best BIBIBOP is the Easton...

In addition, when I order in person, I often get the strange and uncomfortable feeling that the male staff are looking down on or almost internally laughing at me despite my always being polite and respectful - it feels like it is because I am female but who knows.
I've spent many $$ here and it's conveniently located close to home, but I will avoid returning here for a very long time as they've stolen enough of my money and I don't need...
Read moreI had an order delivered through Uber eats and the tamper sticker was broken. I had the order delivered because I was tied up with work. So about an hour later I get a chance to go exchange the bowl since the food seal sticker was broken and the employee tried to tell me it’s been over an hour. The bowl was untouched by me and LOOKED new. She replaced it but had a ton of attitude about it. Why would I order food if not pressed for time. If I’m pressed for time why would I spend 30 extra minutes I didn’t have to return a bowl for an exchange? If I was trying to scam more food wouldn’t I have ate some of it before coming in? Just zero thought process and straight to accusing me of...
