Why does Kroger always have trouble keeping sale items in stock? Literally every other grocer keeps sale items in stock better than Kroger. One problem is probably people double couponing so why don't you lower the number of items people can get in one trip? Instead of 20 sale items in one check out change it to five every 24 hours and fix your digital coupons to where it won't let people use the coupon for more than five every 24 hours. Something! No matter what day I go on and regardless what time I go (trust me I have tried everything!) I can't get my hands on 80-90% of the sale items and it's gotten to the point where I don't even try. I've been a loyal customer for 30 years and I have to go to other stores for sales since you're always out...

Today was the worst day I've had at Kroger's because they had somebody new at the information desk where you go get the faxes you know and you can cash in your lottery tickets and stuff and I strike my car twice it was denied okay then what after I leave the store okay I don't know if anybody else have a problem with Kroger's but I'm having problem with Kroger's now their produce yeah that's good their fruits yes that's good but would I go there for my customer service no and yeah one more thing after my card was denied twice you know they take the money out of my account after an hour later watch yourself out there and I think she was one of the workers was a trainer so she's up there by herself with like 20 people in a line watch out...

This review is for Kroger's, that is where I normally go when I go to East Pointe. I go for grocery shopping like most of us do, out of necessity. It is not something I particularly enjoy doing. I mostly want to get what I went there for and then get out. Much about what I am going to say is likely due the pandemic. Kroger's always advertise low prices. Their prices are anything but low, and have become increasingly more expensive since the pandemic. Additionally, they are often out of stock on items I went there to buy, again likely due to the pandemic. Finally, they do not have enough cashiers to check people out, again possibly due to the pandemic. I will say that this particular Kroger's does fair slightly better than some of...
