I visited this Taco Bell yesterday, and unfortunately, it was a very poor experience from start to finish. Upon entering, we saw one of only two self-service kiosks were covered and clearly marked as broken. We then proceeded to the cash register, expecting to be served, but after waiting a couple of minutes, the manager very rudely informed us that they were transitioning to a "kiosk-only" store and we had no choice but to use a kiosk. We then discovered the other kiosk, which was facing away from the entrance and completely unmarked, was actually working. The initial broken kiosk and the manager's unhelpful and dismissive attitude were already frustrating. To make matters worse, while we were trying to order, the manager began audibly talking down to their employees, seemingly without any regard for customers being within earshot. I work in management and if I treated my direct reports this way I would be expecting to be reported to HR. This created a very uncomfortable and unprofessional atmosphere. It's clear that management here needs to learn how to actually manage people effectively and professionally. The combination of broken equipment, excessively rude management, and unprofessional behavior towards staff (in front of customers) made for a truly unpleasant visit. We were so put off that we left the facility and went to Chick-fil-A instead, knowing we'd get a guaranteed good experience there. I had the best experience there even though it was only at the drive thru! My food was made perfectly even though I had no special requests. The man at the window was a little quiet but I prefer that rather than someone rude! He had a warming smile. I enjoyed eating my food and not having to be upset that something was either cold, hard or not made right. I had a terrible experience(s) at the location on hamilton and I will never go back there. But this location and this manager restored my faith in taco bell and I'm sooo very glad that not every manager treats their customers like crap! She was very sweet on the phone when I talked with her and my experience overall was a true success. Thank you so much...

UPDATE: 4/24/22 10:51PM Absolutely ridiculous. I work for Doordash and was told they dont place orders for any delivery service after 9pm. Are you kidding me? YOU ALL HAVE NO IDEA HOW STRESSFUL THIS IS FOR US DOORDASHERS BECAUSE 1. WE HAVE TO CONTACT THE CUSTOMER LET THEM KNOW, HAVE THEM BE UPSET WITH US THEN EITHER CANCEL THE ORDER OR DONT REPLY TO OUR MEASAGE WHICH THEN LEADS US TO 2.
