Our family favorite since 2002, and we're expanding to our next generation of patrons. Peking House is definitely one of the great takeaways from living in the area. We moved to Chicago for a time, then moved back, and were excited to be back in proximity of this awesome little shop. Peking House is fabulous, and being a family run business, the staff hasn't changed a bit over the years. When we first moved to the area in 2002, we were surprised by the superior quality of their food. Fresh ingredients, freshly made, always consistent. The store is clean, and we can see every bit of cooking while standing at the register. The food is spot-on. To this day, whenever I've been sick, it's Peking House's Moo Goo Gai Pan and Won Ton Soup that I want as a first meal back to food, to regain my strength. And Stacy, who has been at the register for every single visit since the beginning, even knows my daughter's voice over the phone and remembers her regular order. What a gem. "I got it, I GOT it...!" So endearing that she's a household meme....

Was the Best New York style take out I can honestly say I have ever had. But my last meal was way below what I am use to. I lowered my rating. . Very polite to deal with on the phone or in person. Fast and good portions along with a fair price... Avg around $8-10 per person for entres. A little less for lunch. Best egg rolls. Full size shrimp in the shrimp rolls, etc etc etc I have yet to get a bad meal. If I stray and end up at a similar establishment, I quickly realize just how much better Peking House truly is. It's worth the drive if you really enjoy your Chinese takeout. You owe it to yourself to order from here at least once and see for yourself. Try it and you will be hooked...Bet. I give them a solid 91 out of 100 for what they are and in comparison to similar establishments. Finding a better place serving the same type and style won't be easy. Best I have ever had in Ohio , Florida and every State I have hung my hat. .. Arizona, Virginia, Georgia, Florida and Home here in The Buckeye State .. #1 New York...

This place is great, But I always get the same thing so I can't tell you the whole menu is good. The reason I give 5 stars is simple. The family is always nice and they are open pretty late. I hadn't stopped in for 2 years and when I walked in she nailed the order perfectly. The place is clean the plates are full and the service is fantastic. For those who have a different opinion or a complaint try voicing it instead of leaving and then giving a bad review. Each person is different and they can't fix what they don't know. I've been eating here for years and I make anywhere from 30-1hr drive just for lunch. Edit: I now drive 2hrs, because the area I live in doesn't have any good Asian restaurants. When I said she nailed the order, she literally knew my order without me speaking. She remembered me & that is a huge thing. She has a lot of customers & to know someone's order when they haven't been in for two years. That makes you come back, that ans the food I always order is fantastic....
