Very helpful staff,but more focus on selling a shoe to fit the customers needs is needed. The shoes I bought are not up to par for the purpose I specified I needed them for. In the line of comfort they are good,but functionallity for overall foot and back health,they are not. I specified my needs and relied on the staff to help me find good shoes. I will need to return the shoes and buy shoes that will suit the purpose I need them for. A shoe that offers solid support for custom orthotics and foot and back support. A shoe with a soft sole does not foot the bill. Although comfort is an aspect,longevity and solid support is needed so the foot and ankle are supported vs being able to move and "wobble" creating overall fatigue. I have learned allot about the necessity of a proper shoe :) and will shop for shoes that offer what I need. Again very friendly and helpful staff but better knowledge of the proper shoe...

Great experiences, great people, great prices, great shoes also have a great variety of brands from Prada to Nike they got it. But I was able to sell my used panda dunks and get store credit and pick up there jordan 4 thunders. For being a 13 year old wanting to start sneaker reselling I will be returning but I did not buy the jordan 4 thunder for reselling they are for my collection....

I understand the shoe selling game etc but was just trying to negotiate a price and dude was talking to me like I was geek off the streets or something.
