Happy China — Restaurant in Columbus

DO NOT ORDER HERE. I ordered two items honey garlic chicken and shrimp lomein they both taste AWEFUL the lomein tasted like water and the honey garlic taste just like they added sugar to the chicken and that’s it. I called the restaurant and told the lady that we cannot eat the food because it does not taste good and we would really like to get some thing else or get a refund. she said no there’s nothing that she could do. She couldn’t give us something else, she wouldn’t remake the order and no refund either. I asked her “so there is no way you can help us” she said no sorry. And clearly they could give us another option or remake the order. They chose not to! They have horrible customer service. They only care about making a dollar and don’t care about customer satisfaction. She was more worried about not making something else than having lasting customers. If I like a place I will continue to eat there and patronize the business. She pretty much told me to eff off and too bad that you don’t like the food. SHE then called my phone number telling me to remove the review. She care about the review but not about my order. They treat the customers and community like we don’t matter but we are the people who keep YOU in business. NEVER EAT HERE. Horrible cooks and horrible food and horrible service!!!!!! So, unless you absolutely know when you’re ordering from here and how it’s going to taste I do not recommend ordering from here because if you don’t like it, you’re definitely not gonna get your money back or another option. Order was wrong again. I asked for them not to knock or disturb and to leave the order on my front porch. Delivery person calls, knocks and opens my screen door. Delivery driver did the same thing on the previous order. When it says NO CONTACT, that means NO CONTACT! I asked for no carrots and extra Mongolian sauce. I have carrots hardly any sauce on my Mongolian beef. Can we say DRY? I will not be ordering from them anymore. Oh, my soda was just as warm as the food. When I called to complain about the above, she tells me, oh we don't keep the soda cold. I don't want it as hot as coffee either. Save your time and go somewhere else where they care. Edit: I had to take away 2 stars because the chicken is really tough most times. Such a shame. If the chicken was more tender this place would be amazing. Still, Way way way WAY better than that horrible excuse for Chinese food they call Chef Lees. People in Columbus have no clue what good Chinese is. This place can actually do a general Tso.
