Starbucks — Restaurant in Columbus

I absolutely LOVE Starbucks, but there seems to be an issue every time I go to this one in particular. I prefer the one on Veterans (they're awesome!!), but sometimes I settle for this one because it's up the road from my school. A month or so ago, I went to get a vanilla bean cream Frappuccino. Their Frappuccino machine was down. Ok, no big deal. But I went back a couple of days later for the same drink. The machine was fixed, but they were out of the vanilla needed to make the drink. Ok again, I ordered a different one. Went back again, I ordered the vanilla bean cream Frappuccino. The barista waits until I get to the window ready to pay, to tell me they're, once again, out of the vanilla. At this point, I'm annoyed. That's when I started going to the one on Veterans. So after like 2 months, I went back (today). While I'm trying to order, the girl at the window had a dry attitude and kept cutting me off. It's like she was rushing me. I asked her if they had some of the egg bites, she cut me off and said "Yeah, anything else?" Just being rude. Then when I got to the window, I used my phone to scan and pay. After she scans my phone, she just sits there waiting on me to hand her money. I told her I had already paid when she scanned my phone, she goes, "Oh yeah!!" Then proceeds to hand me the wrong drink. I handed her the drink back and she closes the window and turns her back to me. Once she hands me the right drink and egg bites, she again closes the window and turns her back to me. No have a good day or nothing. She was so busy laughing and giggling (I guess flirting) with the guy in there, her customer service sucked. I won't be going back, I rather drive the extra miles...

As a customer you expect to get what you pay for. I visited this location today and ordered 2 venti drinks as i was getting ready to cash out the cashier says "before you pay just know we are backed up and there is a wait" I asked how long and she said "20 min" . I agreed that was fine and said id wait , the cashier gave a vibe as if she was irritated that i wanted to wait which was the start of the issue. Now it only took 10 min. However when my name was called I seen 2 drinks, was told the other 2 are coming and they was out of venting cups and had been since earlier this morning. Now I was irritated for the simple fact I should have been told that. The drinks they gave me are not going to be what I paid for as most of the cups are whipped cream. I walk back over to talk to the lady who took my order and she was addimit that she told me that and i repeated to her what she said about the 20 min wait.She had a attitude so I asked to speak with someone else. She walks to the back room and I hear her straight up lie to this man and say i was being nasty. Now the person that came out to speak to me I assume was a shift manager, he was very nice and understood what my issue was. He was going to give me a gift card but I declined it. I went through the drive threw, I was very polite and nice. I asked for a venti white chocolate mocha latte hot with 2 extra espresso shots, they tried to give me a large caramel iced machiato. I told them politely I did not order that. Then wanted to correct me saying mocha is not chocolate, when mocha literally means chocolate. So they said they would remake it , I got the hot machiato, I didn't get no espresso shots at all that I paid for and no espresso in it as it should have 3 already , For 8 dollars I got a basic coffee. The order taker was very rude . They also gave me a counterfit 1 dollar bill. But by the end of it I was just ready to go. For the price of coffee I expect to get what I pay for . Highly dissatisfied. I tried to call before I wrote a review but the phone is off the hook. I also never recieved my reciept. It's a good thing bc I would be calling corporate. Things to keep in mind , when everything is already high-priced, getting a coffee is a treat and couldn't even enjoy that. I would not recommend this...
