The delivery process was horrible! The guy who dropped off my washer and damn near rubbed the rubber legs off of my washer on the concrete ground in my driveway, they did not hook up my washer nor my dryer I had to do it on my own and they did not bring my dishwasher that I bought they had to bring it on a different day and then had the nerve to want to argue with me that I didn't buy one, when in fact he wasn't even the person that I purchased it from. The actual appliances that I bought work well, the customer service from the place that I bought them from terrible. If you need ANYTHING for your home he's got it. Extremely nice service, eager to help and answered any questions we had. We had a big hassle with an appliance issue with BestBuy and decided to cancel our order with them and see what they had here. Just so happens that he had the exact appliance we attempted to order from BB at a better price!
