I paid for lash extensions and henna. My henna is not centered, and I let that go. But what I will not let go is the fact that my lashes did not last even 10hrs. I took a shower and brushed my lashes and they began to fall out. I called about a refund and they hung up on me the first time. After that I called again and spoke with someone and they told me that if I want a refund I'll have to wait to speak with the manager who is out of the country right now. And then when I asked if there is another way I can speak with them, they hung up on me again. I'm not the type to cause problems, even the fact that I didn't say anything about the henna when I was there was me trying to give people grace, but when you hang up on me twice and ignore my calls, that's where I draw the line. Good luck with them if you get service here!

Reply to the response from the owner: you guys specifically told me if I want a refund I have to wait until the owner came back from out of the country. And for y’all to tell me I planned this is crazyyyy. The time I came was in the late afternoon on a weekday so where am I going to go? Please tell me. And yes I did report you guys to my credit card company because you guys did not provide the correct / advertised service. As far as the lashes, yes they fall out here and there, but for all of them to come out is crazy. I asked for individuals and it seems that whatever they put on me was clusters not individuals. For it to all come out seems that you guys used the wrong glue. And for the henna it is not my job to tell you how to put it on my hand straight. If you need me to adjust, you should’ve said that. I used to frequent this location for threading and eyebrow tinting when Inas worked here. Inas was always professional, precise, kind, funny, hygienic and quick. I even referred my friends and family here, specifically to see Inas for their threading, tinting, henna and waxing needs. Everyone LOVED her! Unfortunately, I will never return now that she’s gone. The other ladies are sometimes pleasant and other times very rude. The eyebrow services always get messed up now that Inas has left. They are either too thick, uneven or waaaay too dark. It’s awful ! Henna and waxes are also hit or miss now. I was a loyal customer for years and for years Inas would have a line of clients waiting for her because she was so awesome! Once, a client forgot her bank envelope with hundreds of dollars in it (her rent money) and Inas set it aside for her. I was getting my brows threaded when the lady returned the next day looking for her envelope. The woman started crying because she was so thankful that ALL of her money was still there and Inas made sure to keep it safe. Few people in this world are that honest anymore. I’ve came here before and the first experience was good, but this time wasn’t at all. I got an eyebrow wax and i could feel that the wax was warmer than usual. She waxed under my eyebrows and then continued to add another layer of wax to do it again. As soon as she added the second layer my skin started burning like hell. She ripped it off and it started to hurt even more. I went out into my car and looked… she tore my skin and burned me. I contemplated going back in for a refund and when i finally got the courage to she tried to gaslight me saying that it was my skins fault ( have never had this happen in my LIFE ) and that she didn’t wax it twice, when i FELT THE PAIN OF HER DOING IT. They then proceeded to tell me that i can’t get a refund because the wax was the same temperature as always. they then cut their aloe plant and had me use that for TORE AND BURNT SKIN. i even asked if i could get like half of a refund and they still said no.
