This is a review of the company not the product. I spent $250 on a family costume set, then another $100 for my son to be Beetlejuice. I paid for 1 day shipping and they didn't send the product for 4 days and it got to me 12 days later, which is after the event and the accepted cash back return window. I waited in line 20 minutes for a return and the staff said I would only be able to get in store credit. Finally after waiting another 30 minutes, the Store Manager came up and stated she would be able to refund the goods but not the shipping because she didn't have the authority to. She gave me a number to call to ask for my money back on shipping. When I called it, it stated a 40 minute wait to even talk with someone. I called another day, same thing. I am out not only my shipping cost at this point, I am out my time, and also I wasted my money on 3 costumes I can't use because the primary costume did not arrive on time. This experience was the worst one I've had with a company. I understand being patient with everyone due to staffing and the other factors these days, however, this company failed to even apologize for their lack of customer service. I wasted all of my time and money on trying to provide a fun bonding experience for my kids, and in today's world, that's exceptionally frustrating. Instead of getting to have fun at a party with them they had to watch me drive around trying to find a physical location to return things and wait around with me to get told that the company stole some of my money. If I had the means I would go on a total shopping spree in this place. The last few days it's open, there's really good deals. That's when I go and stock up on stuff for holiday parties.
