I have never seen anything like it. 3 young lady's up front on cell phones laughing, talking about personal things, looking at their pics and texting the whole 30 minutes I was in the store, looking for a graduation gift. Not one out of the 3 ever even acknowledged I was present and I walked past them several times. What has happened to our society today? Is this supposed to be normal, or? The only way to get help from them was to have sent them a text message is what I'm guessing. The store manager needs to do something here. It's not like this at the Starkville location at ALL. I passed through and stopped there on the way home....
   Read moreI went in there after work, so I still had on my flannel shirt and jeans. No one acknowledged me or asked to help. I had a hard time checking out as well, where I was also ignored. In the meantime, two people had walked in and were greeted at the door. I 'm not looking to be fawned over or anything, but it would have been nice if they had at least acknowledged my presence. That's just poor customer service. So don't bother going in there if you have on working clothes. Those sort of people...
