Dulce Vida Ice Cream Factory — Restaurant in Franklin Township

So I have mixed feelings about this place, starting with the beginning you walk in and is very nice presentation. Unfortunately if you don't speak Spanish you're going to have a difficult time as the workers do not speak English. They don't let you try any flavors before you buy them. So you better know what you like ahead of time. And I bought I am monster cookie dough or my 3-year-old and it ended up being mint flavor. Oh and they wouldn't give me a replacement ice cream I had to pay for both. Very bad business.. The ice cream that they had that I got was actually very good, but I can get good ice cream other places and good service. So that's why I gave it two stars. And they're lucky I gave it that it was $24. for three ice creams. I honestly don't know how this place still is...

I have been coming to the West Broad Street location since they opened. We come here frequently. Today I came today and ordered my usual Bionico (with strawberries). At the door there is a sign that says today's special is bionico for $5.99. I thought that was great as that's what I always order. When I went to check out a lady by the name of Angelica (who is not a manager nor the lady that made my treats and checked me out) told the girl that was helping me that I had to pay an extra $3.00 on top of the regular cost. This place is amazing. There are a lot of things I haven't had since the last time I visited Mexico, mostly Mexican street food style items. I look forward to going back. The menu is in Spanish, I know some Spanish, the staff all seems incredibly kind so if you don't know what things are just ask. I did not and I don't really care for the beverage I got the Diablito.
