Avoid This Store – Poor Quality and Even Worse Customer Service
I strongly advise against purchasing from this store. While the initial in-store experience may seem pleasant, the quality of their products and level of customer service are extremely disappointing. I paid cash for a couch, and within just two weeks of receiving it, the cushions began sinking in. To make matters worse, I later discovered the couch was filled with bird feathers, something I was not informed of at the time of purchase.
When I contacted the store for a resolution, I was told the only option was to receive extra stuffing for the cushions—a temporary fix at best. Additionally, feathers continuously poke through the fabric, causing discomfort to my children and triggering an allergic reaction in my daughter.
The store refused to take further responsibility and directed me to the manufacturer. However, when I contacted them, I was told they couldn’t assist me because my purchase didn’t appear in their system.
I’m extremely disappointed with this entire experience. This was by far the worst purchase I’ve made. Save yourself the frustration and shop elsewhere, preferably with a reputable retailer that values customer service and stands behind its products.

Read moreThe lady that we worked with was annoying. I didn't like her (only worked with her because my mom already talked to her the day before when she visited the store). I asked her getting loans for the furniture and she told me that if paid everything in 90 days then there won't be no interests/fees. And now that the financial company is calling me, they said there are fees and slight interest for the 90 days period as well. I paid $200 with them but I don't know why the amount on my loan is still the same as the ones without paying $200. I am pissed because they are cheating me. And not to mention the two sets of furniture was a little bit less than $1400 and with tax and everything it'd have been more but since we already paid $200 that should have took care of something but it didn't.
